L'hotel ha una posizione decente con parecchi bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. L'hotel stesso dispone anche di un ristorante e di un bar. Siamo stati qui per due notti separate per facilitare il nostro viaggio a Petra e Wadi Rum e in un'occasione abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia e una camera doppia superior. Valeva la pena spendere un po' di più per la camera superior perché aveva una zona soggiorno separata, un letto più grande e una doccia più grande. Entrambe le camere avevano un mini-frigo e alcuni snack disponibili a prezzi ragionevoli. Eravamo grati che il bar chiudesse a un'ora decente, quindi la camera sarebbe stata silenziosa, ma abbiamo scoperto che i letti non erano così comodi. Ci sono alcuni elementi che potrebbero essere migliorati, ma abbiamo ritenuto di aver trascorso un soggiorno decente dato che era solo un posto dove dormire.

La pulizia era molto umile. La fornitura di sapone, gel doccia, tè e caffè è stata effettuata dopo 2 o 3 chiamate. Ha bisogno di molta manutenzione (la porta era rotta, la coperta del letto era strappata, una luce e la presa CA non funzionavano). Il ferro e il tavolo in ferro erano molto sporchi e disgustosi. L'unica cosa positiva è il personale della reception. Mi chiedo davvero come sia stato valutato 8 plus ??? Non darei più di 2/10

Le camere che si affacciano sulla strada possono essere rumorose di notte, ma le camere che si affacciano sulla strada erano confortevoli. Il personale è stato molto gentile.

Questo posto era ben posizionato e c'erano alcune cose buone raggiungibili a piedi, ma il centro potrebbe essere migliore. L'hotel era fondamentalmente buono, relativamente pulito, molti canali televisivi ma pochissimo inglese. La colazione era buona e l'addetto era sempre disponibile. Anche il bar al piano terra era buono. Meno buono: sembrava davvero dipendere da chi avevi, molti davvero non potevano essere disturbati, specialmente il manager notturno. Hedir (probabilmente lo ha scritto male) è stata una boccata d'aria fresca alla reception, disponibile, sorridente e mi ha aggiornato. Lei è stata fantastica. Il servizio di lavaggio a secco era buono e veloce ma molto costoso.

Overall experience is fantastic. The room was very clean, washrooms are good with hot waters. In some rooms there are no hand shower, so be careful about that 🤪 one problem I found was the dental kit, they don’t provide toothbrush / dental kits, so don’t forget to carry them with you.

Decent hotel, in a nice location although it is a bit of a distance from central amman, room is ok and clean but nothing special, good for the price.

We had a pleasant stay. The price was reasonable, and the international breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. While the bathroom could use a bit of an update, overall, it was a comfortable experience.

I would recommend it to anyone visiting Amman!
