This home is ideal for relaxed Ames getaways, college visits, and ISU games! Enjoy on-site parking, 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Our house is a renovated mid-century 1 1/2 story home nestled into an idyllic neighborhood full of unique homes and history. This very functional and peaceful home is a great base of operations for everything ISU.Guests are able to access each space of the home with the exception of the garage where storage of lawn care equipment is located. The newly restored basement (completely unfinished) is available for laundry use only. There is no useable living space or bedrooms located in the basement.There are two off-street parking spots in the home's driveway.
