The apartment is in a historic home. It is a beautiful room with bathroom. Water pressure is good, air conditioning is adequate, very well appointed. The mattress was comfortable. We would stay there again. Only downside is some steep stairs to the room is hard on a couple of old people!

The flat was in excellent condition and welcoming upon arrival. It was nice and quiet and the amenities provided were great. I definitely plan on booking this again in the future.

Fantastic Host My daughter and I needed a place to stay while completing her ISU orientation. Loved the place, close to campus and convenient for a 1-2 day stay. Host was fantastic! I’d be happy to stay there again in the future.

Perfect For A Weekend This is a cozy flat that is just right for two on a weekend getaway. Amenities were adequate. Access to wifi and the Firestick was a plus. Appreciated the older home feel.

Outstanding! I was very impressed by the Host , Susan! She stays on top of everything and she is very efficient and communicating.The place is absolutely Gorgeous! If you like historical and vintage then you will definitely enjoy staying in this neighborhood. This part of ames iowa is definitely a historical attraction and there are plenty of things to do here

Farm Progress Show This location was very close to where I needed to go and the unit itself was very nice. There were stores and places to eat nearby. I enjoyed myself very much.

Perfect Stay The room was cozy and comfortable. Very cool house in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We will definitely stay there next time we are in Ames.
