This condo has a new owner and will be updated more in the fall, but for now they have all new LED lightbulbs, new lamps, new bedding, along with new art work. This condo is perfectly suited for someone who wants direct access to the grounds. It is perfectly situated with easy access to the grill area and the pier. This condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer, cable T.V., and Wi Fi. There is also a new refrigerator, and new mattresses in the unit. There is a King bed in the Master, 2 full size beds in the guest room, and a twin sleeper sofa in the living room.
The patio has an outdoor table set with 4 chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee while you watch the sunrise. This condo at Amelia by the Sea has direct oceanfront views and access from your private patio.
Occupants have access to a private 800 ft fishing pier (NO FISHING LICENSE REQUIRED) and large swimming pool on the ocean side of the complex.
