Logis Hôtel Restaurant Lanex Amboise

The location was good but… The sewerage from the toilet came up into the shower base. I told the receptionist and they seemed to know about this issue and they did move us to a different room. The night lock was broken so anyone could walk into the hotel from the street overnight. The wifi was not working on our last night and was still not working when we checked out. The manager would not give us a partial refund and the receptionist asked why we did not tell them that the wifi was not working - the answer to that is that the reception was closed. Terrible experience -if you do stay there avoid room 1 ( sewerage), make sure night access is locked and bring your own data plan.

I couldn't really tell you what this place is all about because I couldn't check in. It turns out, if you come to the hotel after 8:30 pm the hotel is all closed up and you can't check in. As a result, I paid for this hotel and wasn't able to stay in it. As a result, we had to scurry around and find something else. I recommend the Novotel in Ambroise - it was a great place to stay. Additionally, the area outside the hotel is pretty dark/poorly lit at night and members of my party did not feel safe in this area.

Salles de bains insalubres. Moisissures noires au plafond et dans le bac à douche. Hotel 2 étoiles (enseigne) mais qui applique les tarifs d'un 3 étoiles. Les petits déjeuners sont trop justes. Pas de viennoiserie! Décevant et dégoutant!

Hôtel idéalement situé, en centre ville proche du château et du marché. Chaleureux accueil des propriétaires. Hôtel coloré ! rénové avec goût. Chambre familiale impeccable, vue sur la Loire Nous avons diné au restaurant Le Voltaire très bien également.

En résumé, si vous souhaitez passer un séjour calme, confortable et agréable, fuyez cet hôtel. Le personnel de l'accueil est heureusement à l'opposé de leur patron et un des serveurs étaient très compétents et systématiques, mais cela ne suffit pas à compenser l'absence de professionnalisme et d'éthique du propriétaire. Personnellement, en tant que chef d'entreprise, je ne tolérerais jamais un tel manque de respect envers mes clients et je suis déçue qu'il en soit ainsi dans cet établissement.

J'avais choisi cet hôtel car il était classer 2 étoiles dans Logis Hôtel, mais cela ne les vaut pas, le nettoyage de la douche ce n'est pas ça, bruyant, dommage que le personnel ne reste pas toute la journée et ce qui serait bien pour le petit déjeuner ce serait bien d'avoir une soucoupe afin d'y mettre le pain !!!
