We booked our vacation well in advance. The owners of the unit we were supposed to stay in decided to pull out of the rental pool... So daryl called us personally and told us he was going to do everything he could for us so that we would be able to stay at this wonderful resort. When we arrived, we were informed they had decided to put us in the three bedroom, three bathroom penthouse for our first 2 nights at no extra charge. What a wonderful surprise. The hotel was booked solid for the weekend, so we had to stay in at another place for Saturday and Sunday night. We returned to Brahma Blue after lunch on Monday afternoon. We had to wait for our condo to be ready so we went for a swim in the pool. Pat and Joe, the owners of the unit we were to stay in monday through thursday were amazing. The sofa and the love seat had all brand new cushions and there was a new table in chairs in the kitchen. The balcony had 2 chairs a table and really cute hammock swings...the balcony was also screened in, so there were no bugs...however we did have a little gecko visitor on the ceiling. While we were in the pool on wednesday afternoon, Daryl came to us and told us they were going to put us upstairs in the 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse suite for our last night. We will definitely be returning to Brahma Blue... See you soon Daryl, Jennifer, Pat and Joe

the accommodations were great for a good price. we went for the Belize international festival and was provided safe boat transportation to and from the hotel. The front desk was also helpful when it came to questions and requests. Looking forward to another trip there! The breakfast was also very delicious! My only regret is not staying there longer.

Hotel is clean. Daryl the manager is fantastic. He had everything ready for us when we arrived and so organized. He is courteous; patience; hardworking polite and I can say more. The hotel is very quiet and offers awesome views from any point in your rooms. It is like home away from home and we cannot wait to return.

We cannot recommend Brahma Blue enough. We travel a ton and can't remember another time when the customer service was as high as it was here. Darryl especially went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of from our check in to check out: all our taxis, an amazing snorkel tour, drinking water, and even an early boat ride so we could catch the 6am ferry to BZE. In fact, I was a little mind-blown that they were able to offer so many amenities considering the few amount of rooms: a full restaurant, an on-demand spa, pool, on-site activities, kayaks, on and on.... Typically you have to see a hotel with 50+ rooms before you see all these extras. We will definitely stay here again when we come back.

We stayed in the penthouse at Brahma Blue for four days and had a wonderful experience. The penthouse was separated into one common kitchen area with three separate bedrooms and baths, all with their own remote AC units and running water. Staff: Darryl and his staff were incredibly accommodating, keeping the rooms immaculate and providing us with a supply of constant fresh water over the duration of our stay. They also were very attentive to any issues, such as a broken coffee machine, which was fixed within hours. In addition, when we arrived, there were a LOT of mosquitoes and within moments had someone upstairs to smoke them out. Travel: There were boats available to ferry us conveniently back to the main island at our request and they were always on time and available to be scheduled. This is typically between 7am-10pm and scheduled through WhatsApp. Coconut Cove: on staff food was excellent. We ate there and had free welcome drinks. Highly recommend the food. TLDR: Our stay at Brahma Blue was an overall wonderful experience that we would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a more private, comfortable oceanside stay.

It's great when a resort is exactly what you hoped it would be. A beautiful location, was great to away from the main area which was peaceful and safer for our teens to wander around without us. We spent 6 nights here with our 3 teens. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was clean, chairs comfortable, and we liked using kitchen in room for snacks and the treat- slushies with the blender. The Coconut Cafe had delicious food at good prices and enough variety for our picky eater and our vegetarian. We made use of the kayaks and campfire on site. Day trips were renting a golf cart to visit secret beach, exploring the town, volunteering by walking dogs at San Pedro's pet rescue and a highlight- snorkeling at Hol Chan. Perfect vacation of adventure and relaxation.

Escape the crazy of Ambergris! So serene- felt like we were on a private island . Amazing service and amazing location. Take a 5 minute free pontoon ride over to one of our favorite places on the planet. Must try!!
