EverBlue Villa was built in 2022. It's a unique home on the beautiful island of San Pedro , Belize. It's considered to be one of the top Vacation homes in San Pedro with a modern tropical vibe. EverBlue Villa is our beautiful dream home with an ocean view located 4.5 miles north of San Pedro town center. This home exemplifies modern island luxury offering 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own outdoor deck. There is a 4th bedroom that houses two bunk beds (sleeps 4). EverBlue Villa comfortably sleeps 10 with 2 king beds,1 queen bed, 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4). There is also a futon bed that can sleep an additional 2 people. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a guest bathroom on the main floor. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for family gatherings and celebrations. It overlooks the beautifully lighted pool ready for your refreshing evening swim. The rooftop has spectacular views of Caribbean sunrises (oceanside) as well as the stunning sunsets on the lagoon side. There is plenty of seating to relax and take in the views as well as games and a grill to cook your catch of the day. Our home is conveniently located! It’s about a 15-minute golf cart ride into the town of San Pedro with easy access to Secret Beach just 10 minutes away, and many restaurants nearby. You will be steps from the ocean to enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkeling. Tours and excursions can be scheduled through the local dive shop just minutes away.
