Hotel in zona Point de vue à Amance, Amance

Ho soggiornato 2 notti durante un viaggio per un colloquio sulla mia auto prima di continuare su Parigi. Camera ok, riscaldamento ok ma un po 'mal, accoglie simpa , grande parcheggio in prossimità. Prima del Leone di Bruges degueulasse...ma la prima classe non è per niente.

We stayed here one night on 18th of June when temperatures were high. Our room was 413, 4th floor, facing south towatds the office building in which the reception is located. On booking-sites and their own, the hotel states that the rooms have airconditioning. It is however an often used in-room circulation system above the entry, with also an active vent from outside for (in our case hot) fresh air. Result was a constant 27 degrees, regardless of what we did with the controls and following the suggestion from reception to put a towel on the vent (making air quality even worse). So we will avoid this hotel when high or low temperatures are expected, also since the air was very stale in the room. Staff was kind and honest, breakfast OK, parking good and location excellent

L'ingresso era molto difficile, al di fuori delle ore di apertura. In primo luogo dovevo pagare ancora una volta, mentre avevo già pagato con idoneità. Secondo il signore, era una prenotazione. Spero che sia scritto solo una volta dal mio conto. Ci sono stati disturbi di ivm in contatto con il helpdesk più volte. Ci sono voluti 55 minuti prima di entrare! Non è divertente a 1.00 ore di notte. Infine, un assistente è venuto a aprire la nostra stanza. La stanza stessa era abbastanza spaziosa, pulita e una bella doccia. Se non ci fosse stato problemi di check-in, avremmo avuto un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Come due settimane fa a Ludres, ho avuto un colpo di crediti in contanti da parte del Concierge, che non mi hanno spiegato in parte, e ho predetto il viaggio e ho usato anche le monete. L'hotel deve almeno sapere che la stanza è pagata. Scioccare gli stranieri? L'hotel conosco da tempo. Le camere sono un po' più grandi di quelle del vicino IN Hotel e ora hanno un frigorifero e una macchina Senseo (foto). Poiché ero uno dei pochi, era molto tranquillo. L'hotel ha un ascensore e alcune camere hanno una vista del valle. 3 anni fa era uno dei B & B hotel. Le ore di apertura sono limitate. Possibile, si trova davanti a una porta chiusa. Ci sono un'auto per la ricezione della mappa della stanza.

Stavo qui durante un viaggio su strada con 8 amici in 7 camere nel luglio 2024. Prima del personale. check-in è stato veloce e facile. Abbiamo avuto colazione qui e il ristorante è stato attento e gentile. Le camere sono pulite e pulite con belle bagni e sono molto ben decorate in temi tradizionali. La posizione è magnifica, proprio nel centro di Nancy ma è nella zona pedonale, quindi il parcheggio è un po 'di distanza. Usavamo un parcheggio sottoterra a 850m di distanza che anche per notte era molto economico. Colazione era A La Carte con servizio di guardia. Buona selezione.

My wife and I stayed one night in the Mercure Nancy Centre Place Stanislas on our way to Switzerland and we had also booked one night there for the return journey. We have stayed in more hotels than I could possibly remember, including Mercure hotels so I was surprised when my wife said this was the worst hotel I had every booked for her! But let’s start with the good features. Its position close to the city centre makes it ideal for a city stopover. It’s just a short walk to Place Stanislas and all the restaurants and sights. The other great facility is the car parking: it has its own underground park right opposite the hotel side entrance. The rest was pretty poor. The feature that appalled my wife was that the toilet was in a room so small that it was impossible – and I do mean literally impossible – to sit on it and close the door! The hotel management must know this and yet they go on letting this room. That complacency is unforgivable. Checkin was curious. It involved a very long process conducted by a cheerful but apparently quite untrained person perched on the end of a table with a laptop. How come? The Mercure have a professional reservation system so what was this chap using? He also had a queue of annoyed people waiting to check in behind me. If I had been one of them I would have been annoyed, too. Eventually he walked me across to the lift and configured my room key using a gadget on the wall at the foot of the stairs. Crazy! The breakfast restaurant is too small for the capacity of the hotel. The choice was fine and we were early in the restaurant so we had a place to sit. It soon filled up and although two young people were busy replenishing the servery, no one at all was on hand to supervise the situation. It seems there’s something very odd going on at the Mercure Stanislas Nancy. One final point. There’s several angry reviews here about the hotel taking additional charges on guests’ bank cards. They aren’t actually doing that; they are holding an additional amount on their bank cards in case of additional charges. This is a practice adopted by hotels for many years. However, it is in my opinion no longer an acceptable practice in an age of instant bank alerts, without at least explaining to guests exactly what to expect. Certainly, the Holiday Inn don’t do that to me. We cancelled our return booking.

Hôtel tres bien situé pour visiter Nancy en y déposant sa voiture au Parking très bon prix à la journée Ou de venir depuis la gare à pied ( 10mn) La piscine est à taille humaine mais suffisante.

Vu que nous y avons séjourné que 2 nuits et une journée, nous n’avons peut-être pas eu assez de reculs pour en juger convenablement. Emplacement de l’hôtel parfait, propreté aussi, ainsi que les équipements… Petit bémol, une chambre plus en hauteur en direction de la place publique, ça nous aurait incroyablement bluffé comme dans les photos de l’annonce

Soddisfatto. Camera spaziosa, pratica, gradevole, di fronte ad un bosco... personale accogliente, attento al cliente. Nel bel mezzo del covid-19, hanno preso tutte le misure necessarie per proteggerci... Hotel ben protetto, facilmente accessibile a Brabois, ampio parcheggio davanti all'hotel, molto pratico.
