That said, the design is tasteful and fits well with the overall vibe. The food is good, especially the local Rajasthani options, and the evening cultural performances are enjoyable. Staff are courteous, though service can be a bit slow at times. A few tips: The approach road is rough and narrow, so be cautious while driving and try to reach before sunset. Don’t miss the rock paintings nearby—they’re a hidden treasure and worth a short trek after 10 minutes drive. In all, it’s a lovely weekend getaway if you’re looking to unwind and take in some history-inspired charm.

Fort Dadhikar is a heritage property right now turned into a hotel. It is supposed to be 6kn from Alwar city but the road to reach is quite treacherous through the jungle via Bala Quila entrance. Following the jungle area the road takes a picturesque turn ***** hills to reach a point of nothing but the fort on a hill top. There is an entry fee of 250 INR for people not staying there and this gets covered against a cup of tea or coffee at their restaurant. The entry to parking has a steep turn upwards so be careful while you drive up the way. The place has 18 rooms so not enough space for parking. It is a pet friendly place so people who are not pet lovers might not be entertained. The property is colorful with a range of bougainvillea giving it a vibrant feel. The structure is made up like an old fort which is newly constructed. This property does not have lifts or pools and has maintained the rustic look of the fort. The rooms are spacious but badly maintained with not enough staffs attending to the same. The restaurant is quite small with both inside and outside seating areas . The menu range is quite limited. The lunch buffet costs about 1250 INR inclusive of entry fee which is pretty high considering the range of items they showcased. The roof top feels good with the full view of the road and land around. All over an ok place for middle aged adults but touch to take kids or elderly people.

We went for an offsite with our team and it was an amazing experience for us. We were very well taken care of. The staff was very nice and the food was really good especially laal maas. Also a special mention for Pramod who take care of everything little thing we needed.

We stayed in the property on 19-20 July. It was a group of 12 persons. Everything was great starting from the welcome drink to the lunch to the evening snacks and the dinner.. Non Veg lovers just can't miss the Laal Maans which is their speciality. The rooms are clean and the property is well maintained. The service and hospitality is top notch at this price. A must visit place for a one day or short trip around Delhi NCR area. PS: Awesome scenic views with 100s of insta worthy backgrounds.
