Ottimo hotel pulito e gentilissimi i padroni di casa da consigliare ristrutturato colazione ottima tanta scelta ambiente caldo bagno e camere pulitissime il gestore ci ha accompagnati in centro in un ristorante xche era tardi e dovevamo ancora cenare fantastico anche il centro storico di Veurne comunque se siete da queste parti andate xche merita hotel Hiterland vecchio castello

Stayed at this hotel on our way back from England. On arrival we were expecting tea and coffee making facilities in the room which were not provided. We requested while we were going out to the nearest beach and on our return were found a kettle in the room no cups coffee or tea shocking for a hotel really We later had to go down stairs to buy hot drinks. I would expect these facilities to be provided in the rooms. Especially after a long trip you just need a hot drink in your room. Bed were ok by mattresses kept coming of the base for some reason. It was a bother all the time even if you just sit on the edge of the bed the mattress will move. I have never seen anything like it. We stayed in a family room the kids 's room had not bed side lamps The owners need to make some improvements to their hotel . I don't think I will stay at this hotel ever again

Great place that accommodated our every need. The host and his family were very welcoming. The food matched our needs and they ensured that every member of our party felt welcomed. We arrived late due to travel disruption but they accommodated or needs perfectly.

Went as a school trip with 50 students aged 15/16. Staff fantastic, couldn’t do enough to help. rooms clean and tidy. Food was brilliant. Really friendly owners and supported in anyway needed. Will be back next year.

Mooie hotel in een mooie omgeving. Jammer dat er geen airco was, het was erg benauwd op de kamer. Vooral omdat we het raam waar wel een hor voor zat niet open konden zetten, vanwege het aantal vliegen dat tussen het raam en hor zaten. We zouden met een tiental vliegen in de kamer opgescheept zitten. Nee dank je wel. Er stond wel een ventilator op de kamer maar dan moesten we eerst of de de stekker uit de koelkast of uit de tv halen. De huishoudens dienst moet ook eens naar boven kijken want de spinnendraden hingen tussen de lamp. Ontbijt was ontzettend goed, personeel vriendelijk.

Vriendelijk personeel, toplocatie, ruime standaard kamer, waarom dan maar 3 sterren? Het loopt mis in de badkamer. De kranen van de wasbak zijn verkeerd aangesloten rood is koud. Ze zijn ook moeilijk afsluitbaar. De douchekop kan ik niet boven mijn schouders brengen (ik ben 1,89m), want dan wordt het water afgeknepen. Het doucheglas sluit niet aan op het bad, dus krijg je een zwembad in de badkamer. Eigenlijk spreek ik van zaken die simpel op te lossen zijn. (Langere doucheslang, nieuwe dichtingen in de kranen en terwijl ze toch bezig zijn de wasbak correct aansluiten. En voor de spleet onder het glas bestaan ook wel oplossingen. Moest dit in orde zijn krijgen ze zeker 4 sterren. En huisdieren zijn welkom. Ze mogen niet in het restaurant gedeelte, maar het personeel is wel zo vriendelijk om bij het ontbijt een apart zaaltje voor te stellen zodat ze wel bij u kan blijven.

Mooie uitstraling maar kamer wat basic. Uitzicht vanaf kamer over de wijde omgeving, prachtige natuur. Helaas was het ook buiten zeer warm en is er geen airconditioning aanwezig. Ik vermoed dat er stap bij stap wordt gerenoveerd want de ontbijtzaal, receptie en buitenkant zien er mooier en moderner uit dan de kamer. Badkamer voorzien van toilet en bad waarin je moet douchen. Ook gedateerd maar schoon. Kamer zelf is wel heel ruim en voorzien van tv een kluisje. Ruimte gratis parkeergelegenheid voor het hotel. Ontbijt buffet zeer in orde! Uiterst vriendelijk personeel.

Un accueil difficile, nous avions 25 minutes d'avance et avons été refoulés. La chambre pas de plateau d'accueil comme repris par ailleurs sur le site, la chambre avec des murs abîmés, la salle de bain un joint de baignoire dévasté, le pourtours de cette baignoire qui est saillant et coupant mais pas très clean non plus. Cet hôtel au contraire de ce qui est dit est très loin de tout. Chambre devant l'ascenseur qui est bruyant au possible. Très mauvais....

Zeer prima hotel voor een laag tarief. Kamers waren basic maar goed geschikt voor gezinnen top Het onbijt was ook zeer uitgebreid. Echter missen we wel iets voor de kinderen om zich te kunnen vermaken
