The beautiful complex Dacha of Steingolts is located in the Primorskiy Park, 100 meters from the central embankment and the central beach of Alushta. All apartments have wonderful sea or mountains views.
The apartments are located right in the center of the tourist infrastructure. Nearby there are shops, points of resort trade, cafes and restaurants, fast foods. The Jules Verne restaurant-museum and the Guardian of the Empire entertainment center are located in the building.
The complex has all the conditions for a comfortable stay: spacious luxury apartments - from 2 to 6 rooms, with expensive furniture, panoramic terraces and everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Dacha of Steingolts is the only club house in Alushta. There are swimming pool, pavilions and recreation areas in the courtyard, various services, grill area, winter garden, fitness center.
