Nos hospedamos en una habitación doble deluxe. Carísimo. Era pequeña, olía a humedad. Las maletas abiertas en el suelo, sin armarios. La cama si era muy grande y el colchón de calidad. En el aseo tampoco cabía nada. El desayuno tenías que salir para ir a otro edificio cercano. Lo mismo que el parking. El centro está subiendo unas calles. Para lo que cuesta no me mereció la pena.

La Casa Buena Vista dell'hotel Abaco di Altea é incantevole. Siamo stati accolti al nostro arrivo con grande gentilezza da Chema e Susana, offrendoci da bere e rispondendo a tutte le nostre richieste su dove andare a mangiare fino a fornirci un piccolo ombrellone per la spiaggia. La casa era pulitissima e fornita di tutto, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, asciugatrice, forno a microonde, macchinetta del caffè con le cialde, tostapane, bollitore, asciugacapelli ecc, ma soprattutto era arredata con gusto e tutto era nuovissimo. Inoltre aveva una terrazza con una vista a 360° dove poter fare colazione o cenare o semplicemente guardare le stelle. L'ubicazione era ottima, vicino al centro storico e alla spiaggia ed anche al Mercado, però in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La consiglio tantissimo.

Room…. We stayed at the casa Elizabeth which is a separate house located just 5 minutes walk at the top of a steep hill and is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the old town square and its fabulous array of restaurants and boutique shops. The house was definitely value for money tastefully decorated to match the style of the house and has a terrace on the top floor that offers amazing views of the mountains. If you are a light sleeper though,I would recommend you bring some ear plugs, as you do get noise from people walking up and down the street. Staff…. The staff are amazing at the hotel (a big thank you goes to Sarah) who provided us with lots of useful information and was very friendly, as are all the staff at the hotel, also a big thank you to Elizabeth who served us our breakfast, which was very tasty and made us fantastic coffees! Hotel…. The hotel is beautiful decorated and has a lovely little court yard that you can have breakfast in. Parking…. Ideal but only recommended for cars no larger than a small SUV as the spaces are very tight. All in all I’d definitely come back to the hotel in the future.

Wow what a stunning place. From the minute you walk in you know its special. Our room was fabulous. Views of the Church, spotlessly clean, lovely little extras. The breakfast was so good and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to go back. Fantastic

Hotel Abaco is a hidden gem, close to both the beach and the Old Town on the hill. Be warned it is quite a climb to get up to the top! It has been beautifully renovated with thought and care and oozes charm throughout. Our bedroom was fairly small but lacked nothing. The bed extremely comfortable, a small Juliet balcony with two chairs and a table, a TV and coffee machine and plenty of storage space. The bathroom had a huge walk in shower with exceptional water pressure. Our breakfast was superb. We spent time relaxing in the beautiful courtyard where we gained inspiration for an eco succulent garden! We would recommend this gorgeous hotel to anyone, it has been a wonderful break for us. Ask as many questions as you like here, nothing but nothing is too much trouble. Enjoy.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the old part of town. Staff could not be more friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Rooms were private, quiet and well appointed. The room was small but beautifully clean. Rain head shower, hot water, great water pressure. Fluffy soft towels. Coffee/ tea bar in room, mini fridge. On site morning breakfast. So many choices around town we did not opt for breakfast. We had a door to a Juliet balcony and over looked a welcome inside patio. Parked the car, they have 4 spots or use public lot a short walk away or street parking. Reserve parking for additional fee when you reserve. Short walk from train station. Few blocks from the huddle of the Main Street and beach. There is an elevator.

This is a beautiful hotel and I highly recommend it. The location is in the middle of Altea between the sea and the old town. We had great breakfasts and the accommodation was super comfortable. All of the staff were friendly, attentive and caring. You should go!

I stayed at stand alone house ‘La Casica’ for 5 nights alone (63 year old lady) . From arriving to lovely smiling faces , fantastic welcome with a glass of cava , the house was ready ahead of time. No words can come to mind other than FANTASTIC/BEAUTIFUL/DELIGHTFUL.. water/cava/snacks waiting….. the house is to die for and I spent idyllic days and nights after a stressful time in Benidorm… so much that I got home 03/10/23 and rebooked for 11/2024… thank you lovely ladies for your superb hospitality 10/10
