Hotel Klingelhöffer

The room was above my expectation with plenty of space for two motorcyclists and all their touring gear. the beds were comfy though I do think quite a few hotels in Europe struggle with the concept of two separate beds as opposed to two separated beds for two unrelated adult males. The bathroom was big and very nice with a large walk-in shower. The bar and restaurant was very pleasant and a good meal and a few beers were consumed. The breakfast was typical and more than adequate. The staff were pleasant and attentive. I would stay again - and did! Disliked · Here I struggle. Nothing comes to mind. Perhaps a lift? But that is being pedantic.

Pleasant small hotel which covers several different buildings. You would check in at one location and maybe cross the street to your room. The rooms are clean, airy, perhaps a little on the small side. It was sufficiently comfortable but because there was only one pillow, I can sleep only on my back; there were more issues when attempting to sleep on my side. Apart from that and the lack of a safe, it was a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would also recommend the hotel restaurant too. There is private parking available, I found it easier to park on the street. Just double check where it’s OK to park as some parking in Alsfeld is paid parking.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, man ist sofort in der Altstadt. Wir haben in einem Komfort-Pavillon übernachtet, der sehr geräumig und komfortabel war. Auch das Bad war groß, die Ausstattung neu (tolle Dusche) und bot genügend Ablagefläche. Vom ersten bis zum lezten Moment haben wir ausnahmslos freundliches Personal erlebt. Das Frühstück fanden wir qualitativ sehr gut mit genügend Auswahl, auf Wunsch gab es auch Rührei. Begeistert waren wir von dem hervorragenden Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant. Sollte man unbedingt probieren. Als kleinen Kritikpunkt: Es gibt keinen Tresor im Zimmer oder eine andere Möglichkeit (Rezeption), Wertgegenstände zu verschließen.

Ontvangst vriendelijk, zakelijk. Kamer 15 groot, uitzicht op straat, geen geluidsoverlast. Hotel heeft veel trapjes, geen lift. In de kamer 2 fauteuilstoelen, in de grote douche toiletspullen aanwezig. Comfortabel bed, goed licht. Geen ijskastje, jammer. Ook geen kluisje. Prijs 94 euro kan net. Ontbijt gewoon goed ! Bij elkaar: prettig verblijf vlak bij het centrum. Parkeren op straat ging goed.
