"Great location, many parking space in-front of the hotel. Request to change the first room given to me because it was near to the lift and i can hear people talking and walking around. The front desk let me change to the room at the end of the corridor. But soundproof system is not good. Still can hear people talking and other sound. Other than that, the room is clean and comfortable."

"Stayed at The Jerai Hotel Alor Setar recently and overall it was a good experience. The staff were really friendly and we got a welcome drink when checking in, which was a nice touch after traveling. The location is great, right in the middle of town, so it’s easy to get around and find food or places to visit. The room was clean, which I really appreciated. It’s a bit on the small side, and the lift is quite tight too, but manageable if you’re not carrying too much. Breakfast was okay – not amazing, but enough to start the day. Parking is available, which is super convenient if you're driving. One thing to note: there aren’t any facilities like a swimming pool or gym, so it’s more for a simple, no-frills kind of stay. All in all, it’s a clean, comfortable place with good service and a great location. Would recommend for short stays or business trips!"

"Hotel cleanliness is ok. But first room I checked in got aircond problem. So hotel changed our room. But my partner was trapped in the washroom. The lock stuck. Luckily I was there to inform the management. They manage to force open the washroom door. It’s an old hotel. But breakfast was good"
