È stato un fine settimana, in generale buono, siamo andati con colazione e cena in mezza pensione, il normale buffet senza pretese non è di alta qualità ma si può mangiare, alcuni ingredienti per l'insalata non molto, come un pomodoro.
La colazione molte cose dipendono da ciò che ti piace o da ciò che resta che non si riempiono molto quando è finita, è finita e l'opzione è ciò che resta.
Il resto è molto buono, le strutture sono buone, il resto dei servizi è buono e il personale è molto cordiale, almeno si prendono cura di te con piacere e con un sorriso.Siamo stati molto bene.
La vasca scivola, facciamo la doccia con paura, quindi ci metto dentro con cura il tappetino da bagno, qualche prodotto antiscivolo, ma il resto è fantastico! il parcheggio 20€ non so se per il soggiorno o per i giorni, o le notti che stai, dal pomeriggio del 7 ottobre alla mattina del 9 ottobre, perché l'hotel era abbastanza affollato e non c'era una stanza fuori che doveva essere preso in considerazione, che secondo la stagione non c'è.

Orribile. Le camere erano accettabili, le strutture stavano cadendo a pezzi. Ascensori che facevano paura, l'hotel veniva dipinto a metà luglio (??). Se venite nemmeno la colazione vale la pena, il caffè era dolcissimo, e la cena, mezza pensione nel mio caso, non seguiva nessuna misura anticovid. Non era obbligatorio indossare i guanti, il cibo usciva

In generale l'hotel mi è piaciuto molto, sia per quanto riguarda l'animazione che per la tranquillità, quello che non mi è piaciuto è stato il trattamento dei cuochi, visto che avevano una faccia sempre brutta e non erano attenti dato che sono una persona allergica, anche la varietà del cibo era sempre lo stesso cambiando alcune cose. Mi è piaciuta molto la piscina e l'animazione a 10 notti con un ottimo trattamento da parte di tutto lo staff

Hotel was very clean and nice.Plenty of sun beds with no subbed wars which was great. The food in the restaurant was very good with friendly staff. The hotel was aimed at the Spanish tourists so it was hard to communicate with some of the staff as they couldn’t speak English. The self catering apartments were nice but the kitchen was way to basic, also there was hardly any drying facilities on the balcony which was a challenge. Otherwise nice for a couple of days stay.

Best staff ever bar manager bar staff jaun and alveras and all the others,receptionist with painted glitter nails wasl lovely,everyone including chambermaids very pleasant and helpfull.Only down side they need better signage to reach pool bar and access pool area i watched peoplefrom my balcony walk in circles.

An excellent two day stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. A very acceptable complimentary cake and bottle of bubbly arrived just after check in. This hotel is set on a hill with sea views but a car essential as nothing within easy walking distance. The hotel last week was not used by any British tour companies so visitors mostly from Spain and food style similar. Breakfast and evening buffets were wide-ranging and delicious. Good range of seafood and desserts to gorge on! Room was a good size and very clean. Bathroom had been refurbished relatively recently. WiFi worked in our room even though on fifth floor. The hotel has a bowling alley, also plenty of pool tables and fun attractions for children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall the hotel was excellent value for money.

The hotel is great- we had a really good week. One of our party has a gluten intolerance and the hotel could not do enough for us and provided plenty of food and snacks. On the whole we found the staff to be happy and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, there was plenty of room at the different pools, even when people put their towels out early. Towels can be hired from the spa for use round the pool, so you dont need to bring towels with you. They can be changed daily. The food was lovely and varied, with food themed nights. Sometimes some of the food wasn't piping hot, but that's to be expected in a buffet dining room catering for that amount of people! The drinks were all branded even the alcohol and included cocktails. We quickly realised this is a hotel where the Spanish holiday, and as such the evening entertainment was all in spanish- maybe it's different during busier seasons. A few things we felt could be tweaked- not necessarily criticism- there is no kettle in the rooms- we British love a tea! However there was a hob and saucepan so we made do. In the dining room, the coffee machines are available at breakfast, but tea bags are put away in a cupboard, so you have to get the attention of the very busy staff and ask for some. - why can't they be left out? And there is no tea or coffee available during lunch or dinner. The staff in the dining rooms are very busy and drinks are table service only so sometimes there is a long wait for drinks. We may well come back again as this hotel fit our needs.

we stayed for 3 nights it was my birthday and the hotel gave me a bottle of bubbly and a hugh cake we were very gratefull for it plenty of things going on at the hotel lovely walking distance to the port and the town
