Staff went out of their way to help deal with unexpected things. Breakfast was excellent.

The AC for the room is broken, was told to open the window for air?

First room's toilet had a sewage smell, and we were moved to another room but the shower drainage was pretty clogged up. Location was good as it's just beside Almaty-2 train station.

掛個三星的酒店，條件就像國內的快捷，前台倒是蠻熱情。離2號火車站近，其它一無是處。

這家酒店唯一的優點估計就是價格比較低且還帶有自助早餐（早餐種類很少）。 其他的就很差了，具體如下： 1.空調設定沒啥用； 2.房間門把手是鬆動的； 3.衞生間的門時好時壞，有時候打不開; 4.房間居然衹有一個杯子（包括衞生間在內）； 5.地板踩上去還有壞掉的地方。 PLS:阿拉木圖酒店價格是瘋了嗎？！酒店價格高的離譜！

一般般吧，有預算住隔壁的Ibis，這個酒店還不如國內的7天

前台工作態度太差，水平很低，周邊吃飯的地方很少，不會再去了

其他都可以，可是房間居然不提供飲用水，也沒有燒水壺。這有點奇葩

性價比比較高，服務好，早餐一般般。

阿拉木圖性價比很高的酒店，很喜歡，周圍吃飯也方便，有新疆菜和中餐，走路6分鐘就能到。

在阿拉木圖算是好的了

網慢網非常慢

Located in a good place with access to amenities, but the rooms are very basic, beds weren't very comfy. No kettles or water bottles. The breakfast spread was alright. Although it would be nice to be slightly flexible with check out, we were late by 5 minutes and they asked us to vacate the room in the next 10 minutes.

I stayed at this place for 2 nights during my trip to Almaty, they have a strict check-in on time policy, as i came like 11 AM in the morning and requested for early checkin , I was asked to pay 50% more of the total booking amount for early check-in of 3 hours, I prefer to wait in the lobby for 3 hours for the same. The room size is average and small and doesn't looks fresh at all, Due to high volume of customers they have inflated the price of the rooms and are over charging which I really didn't liked . Overall an average stay with just basic facilities. Don't expect that they will do something special to make your stay better , would only recommend to people if they don't find any other decent stay in the city,
