The hotel is located in a quiet and tidy environment, the hotel front desk service is standardized, the floor and room hygiene are maintained very clean, the breakfast is very rich, the hotel has its own parking space, convenient parking, especially the hotel's several security guards are very polite, take the initiative to help guests, the service concept is good, recommended to stay。

Everything was perfect , there is have toilet air-conditioning have noise have to off .maybe fix in future good to stay here thanks

The hotel is nice, very quiet and tidy. Room was small, but quite comfortable. Location is ok, not the city center, but not far from all the attractions. Also close to a mall. The breakfast was frustrating - lack of seating space and the food was not very tasty. The staff is really welcoming and warm, always ready to help - best part of the hotel.

A hotel that feels like a hotel - professional and experienced staff, everything works, great furniture/decor, outstanding breakfast, top location, strong recommend.

這是我多年以來第一次遇到的最温馨的酒店，這次我帶孩子去阿拉木圖度假。在網上看到評價很好，到了店裡，前台的一位年長的夫人熱情的接待了我們，這位夫人粧扮精緻，氣質優雅。親自領着我們到房間裏，給我們逐一做介紹。酒店有些年代了，走廊比較窄，電梯很小，房間也很小，但是很乾凈和精緻。夫人給我們安排在313號房間，驚喜的是有個小陽台，景觀很好。酒店早餐很豐盛，居然還吃到了炸豆腐，懷疑是專門給華人安排的。前台還有一位小姐姐，顏值超高，有郝蕾和俞飛鴻的神韻，英語講的很好。今天我們一早回國的時候，我兒子在房間戀戀不捨得的哭了，去了很多地方，住了那麼多酒店，是這個酒店讓我們在異國他鄉有一種很温暖的感覺。出發前想去和那位夫人告別，但是她不在。希望下次有機會去再去看望她。

酒店在市中心離旅遊景點步行到達，包括步行街和潘菲洛公園，步行街晚上可以轉轉有土耳其餐廳，周邊有很多換匯店可以用人民幣，匯率可以。前台服務還可以早餐也行，對面有小型停車場。

무엇도 위치가 짱... 메가 파크 몰 근처 그리고 중심 광장을 품고 있는 깨끗한 거리.. 걸어도 볼거리 많고.. 맛집들이 모여 있는 먹거리 많은 거리에 위한 호텔입니다... 아늑한 침대와 미니바가 꽉꽉 채워져 있어서 유혹이... 머니를 아끼기 위해서 밖에서 사먹는걸로... 이틀 잘 쉬다가 갑니당..
