Quando ho fatto il check-in, il corridoio era in fase di ristrutturazione, non c'erano infissi nella stanza, il corridoio era stato dipinto, la casa non era insonorizzata e la TV accanto sembrava essere nella mia stanza.

Molto bene, bene, torna la prossima volta

Awesome location. Comfort and cleaning very well. Breakfast is the best and love it by me. Choose it you won't regret.

Hotel Location and Staff Behaviour is very nice..

Location is good and around there have many restaurants. The room is big and clean. Opposite side there is an exchange which is very convenient. In here, many thanks to the Reservation manager, KAIRAT, he is very kind and helpful. He helped us to arrange the multi days tour. The tour was very good. Another thing is, we have overbooked one more night after the tour and he helped us to cancel it without any additional charges.

Thank you for the suggestions and help from front staffs very impressed us. The location was near Church, park, Green market. The breakfast was great as well, so for long trip around 19 days and many hotel we stayed, this hotel really make me feel the best.

The hotel is at prime location close to arbat street

Great hotel in a great location. Rooms are big enough and clean. The on-site restaurant cooks good food but the waiting staff doesn't speak much English so you might get still water when asking for sparkling water.

離天升大教堂、綠色大巴扎、槍店、28烈士陵園都很近，酒店附近兑外幣很方便，匯率比長途汽車站高，前台美女會幫你叫車，酒店早餐很有特色，本人就是衝著國人差評去的。

На картинке красивее. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Очень не вкусный ресторан и завтраки не очень

Из плюсов - месторасположение - у Вознесенского Собора и ресторан - недорого и очень вкусно В целом я бы дал 3 звезды максимум - есть отели намного лучше в той же ценовой категории - например Holiday Inn Almaty
