Hotel in zona Natura-Centro de Jardinagem e Arquitetura Paisagista, Almansil

We had heard great things about the Conrad from friends who are regular visitors so we had to give it a try. Firstly it is a beautiful hotel with staff who are second to none. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the main with a few minor irritations. I requested a quiet room and made the reservation six months in advance. On arrival it was a pleasant surprise to have complimentary valet parking. Then we were warmly greeted at check in and given plenty of information about the hotel. We were escorted to our room which was simply stunning. On a par, if not better than any 5* hotel we have stayed in previously. The bathroom/shower area was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. But on perusing the area outside our balcony on the first floor we discovered we were located directly above the kids club. Certainly not the quiet room we requested. We returned to reception to be told that the hotel was at capacity. According to the hotels booking engine that wasn’t quite the full truth. So we returned rather disappointed to our room. We were promised that we would be contacted the following day if another room could be found. This never happened. However that evening we ate at Louro which was excellent and made even better by the service offered by Ankit. The upper pool area is so relaxing and beautiful although in my opinion would be better if it was adults only. Pool side service was again exceptional. Acquiring sun beds did prove a challenge so a 8:15am start was required! I have a disability so moving to the lower pool wasn’t an option for me. A couple of days into our stay we met Maha from customer relations who is a credit to the hotel and really made our stay special. It was my husband’s birthday during our stay and we received a lovely surprise in our room which was much appreciated. Another word of praise must go to the breakfast staff. All professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. I did find the lunchtime/snacks menu a little uninspiring and feel improvements could be made there. The empty buildings on the side of the driveway look rather run down so not sure what they are for? If they belong to the hotel they do need some upkeep as the rest of the driveway is so impressive. I would give the review 4.5 stars if it was an option as a few tweaks could be made. But overall we had a fantastic stay and would love to return one day. Thank you team Conrad.

Highly recommend. Flawless hotel, excellent service, super friendly staffs, amazing food quality. Every detail of our stay has been incredible. Also a special mention to the extremely helpful reception team. 2am room service is top notch, also one reception lady is so kind, she went above and beyond to help us to find a good Presunto, we will definitely come back because of the great service, which made our holiday stress free and enjoyable

Numa visita a Quarteira , pernoitamos neste hostel . Espetáculo , tudo no devido lugar . Parabéns aos criadores deste conceito . Tive o privilégio de conhecer um dos proprietários e nem sei como descrever a emoção de ouvir falar da forma como ele interpreta como os algarvios deveriam receber os turistas . Como se diz no Porto , é um SENHOR .... Parabéns e obrigado , vamos voltar e recomendar

We stayed at the Loule Jardim Hotel for 27 nights as part of our winter n the Algarve. It is a charming hotel and looks exactly like the pictures on the website. Since it was cool weather, the sun deck was not set up yet but the covered indoor pool was lovely. The staff is exceptional and so very willing to go the extra step to answer questions and make recommendations. Reception, dining room and housekeeping staffs were always so friendly and welcoming. They set a very high standard! If we are in the area again, this is the only place we would consider staying.

We had the most wonderful stay at Patio Suite Hotel!! The staff were all lovely and were so accommodating! Highly recommend going all inclusive, such good value for money and the food was great (including a few vegetarian options). It was easy to get the shuttle to and from the beach. Although would suggest getting an Uber (they are quite cheap and there are plenty) to other nearby beaches if you fancy something different (and a little less busy)!

Abbiamo avuto una pausa di cinque notti a Faro e siamo stati a questo hotel, convenientemente situato vista la marina. Il bus dell'aeroporto vi getta entro tre minuti a piedi dall'hotel e la stazione ferroviaria è un po' più lontana. Abbiamo avuto fortuna di avere una bella stanza con balcone da cui potevamo vedere la vecchia città oltre la marina, e la stanza era molto comoda e di grande dimensione. Uno degli svantaggi dell'hotel è l'ascensore piccolo dalla zona di accoglienza ai piani superiori: abbiamo usato le scale per un accesso più facile una volta portato i bagagli nella nostra stanza. Il colazione era molto buono con una zona piacevole, che era molto calda anche nel novembre. In generale, siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro alloggio e saremmo sicuramente rimasti lì se dovessimo rivedere Faro.

Hotel tranquillo e ben tenuto, situato nella zona turistica. La camera aveva un piccolo balcone. Una pastelaria si trova di fronte e riapre il 29 settembre. La domenica la maggior parte delle attività commerciali sono chiuse. Puoi prendere l'autobus 16 dalla stazione degli autobus vicino alla stazione ferroviaria per andare all'aeroporto per mangiare lì e poi andare alla spiaggia del FARO se vuoi. FARO è ben posizionato per visitare diversi siti.

L'hotel è situato a 15 minuti di cammino da Albufeira, ma è la prima volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel e non sarà la nostra ultima. È solo 5 minuti in taxi nella città antica e molto vicino ai bar di Oura.Abbiamo trovato la pulizia e il servizio sono molto buoni, puliti di tovaglioli ogni giorno e cambiamenti regolari se il letto è di letto. Anche il colazione è buona senza scelta. Non abbiamo usato la piscina perché era così occupata.Non abbiamo potuto ottenere letti solari, ma questo è dovuto principalmente agli ospiti che li hanno riservati, che è annoiante e non dovrebbe essere davvero consentito. A nostro avviso, la zona della piscina è abbastanza piccola per ospitare il numero di ospiti che vi soggiornano, soprattutto perché gli appartamenti vicini possono utilizzare anche le strutture. Tutti in un grande soggiorno . Ci saremo di nuovo

Ho riscelto questo hotel per la seconda volta(la prima nel 2018) perché è poco distante dalle spiagge in una zona abbastanza tranquilla. Ragazze alla reception molto gentili e disponibili,anche se all'arrivo c'è stato un disguido,hanno saputo subito risolvere il problema. Veniamo al dunque. La pulizia in camera almeno al 3piano dove soggiornavo lascia molto a desiderare, si dimenticavano asciugamani, cuscino, e per fare pulire sotto il tavolino esterno l ho dovuto spostare, perché già quando siamo entrate in camera spostandolo è uscito di tutto. Macchina Nespresso in camera, per noi italiani è il top! Il problema che ti regalano 2capsule al check in e poi le devi comprare.ok! Compro il box Nespresso con 10capsule 8,50€! L'ultima sera il box finisco le capsule e chiedo la cortesia,che siccome la mattina dopo saremmo partite, se gentilmente ci potevano dare solo 2 capsule ovviamente pagandole, mi è stato risposto che non potevano aprire il box! E allora mi chiedo : quando fate il check in e date in omaggio le 2 capsule da qualche parte dovranno uscire????? A volte basta veramente poco per fare contento un cliente anche perché essendo dello stesso mestiere ho omaggiato anche di mance la reception e la signora ai piani...malgrado tutto!
