I went alone but never bored. I had a late check in and everything was spot on. I communicated with the hotel about my flight change and quick response they booked me a taxi which was there waiting at weeee hours of the morning.
The cleanliness was %100 rooms clean I cannot fault.
I enjoyed the bus ride, the Uber was ok. The area was quiet if anyone looking for closeness but the taxi price was good. There was so much to do. My last day went to the spa over by the aqua park OMG it was rejuvenating only thing was you have to pay with a discount if you are staying at the hotel., for 2 hours 25 euros I think it can be a little cheaper for hotel guest. But I am not one to complain it is a kids friendly hotel so expect to hear kids running around planning to bring my grandkids next time, I know they will enjoy it. Breakfast was ok, ate outside for dinner there is so much place to choose from. Just a Uber ride away.

Très bel hôtel avec un service digne d’un 4 étoile portugais. Le personnel très à l’écoute et attentif aux demandes. Au niveau des services rien à dire car il y avait énormément d’activités pour les enfants en plus du parc aquatique. Parking gratuit, mini golf, des animations tous les soirs, etc….
Le seul hic étant le fait que le personnel ne parlent pas français mais au moins cela nous oblige à travailler notre Anglais.
Très belle expérience au sein de cet hôtel 👍🇵🇹

Good, decently clean hotel with excellent entertainment for the kids. Teddy, the kids club leader is so brilliant with the young ones. We went for the dinner option to reduce outgoings but ended up eating out a few times anyway. The food is not great, if I'm honest, and the hotel in general is quite expensive for what you get. Gin and mixer is €11+, for example. That's the only reason I've marked it down 1 star. Otherwise, reat good value for families with excellent entertainment.

I can’t recommend this hotel and park highly enough. We travelled as a group of 4 adults and two teenagers for May half term. The hotel is really well maintained and spotlessly clean. The staff are polite and really helpful. We were very happy to find that our family room was actually two full size rooms with a connecting door, giving our teen his own space and his own bathroom, this was fantastic value for money. The hotel has a pool, small splash area and a good sized wooden play area. There is some sun-bed saving (as with all hotels) but we always found beds when we wanted them. The food at breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice, fresh fruit, pastries, hams and cheese, bread and an “English” selection too. We enjoyed the food from the snack bar, good value too. The mini golf is a great, there’s an indoor pool but we didn’t use it. You get free entry to the water park which is separate to the hotel but literally a 2 minute walk. The park is fantastic, there’s something for everyone. Wave pool, lazy river, loads of rides and slides and two big sections for little kids. We didn’t queue for more than a few minutes, May is a great time to go. We used the Bolt app to get taxis to Quarteira and Vilamoura to eat in the evening, both lovely and loads of choice. Thoroughly recommend Golden Marina for Chinese food, so good we went twice. We’d return to the resort and the hotel, we had a fantastic time!

The staff here are so accommodating and kind. They made my daughter fantastic mocktails which kept her smiling. We literally had the best time. The rooms were basic but clean, my one suggestion is maybe to have tea making facilities in the room and more of a menu for snacks and more variety for kids when it comes to dinner time. The water park was fabulous spent hours in there and was free with our stay but the indoor water park, which wasn’t included in our stay was quite expensive. There isn’t much to do in the surrounding areas but that was quickly solved by booking a Bolt and going out and about. We had a fantastic holiday thanks all

Beautiful and relaxing hotel. I like the view from the balcony. A family-friendly hotel and also very secure. I liked the bar close to the pool which had nice food to munch on. I will not forget the hotel in a hurry. My children have also not stopped talking about the place. You can try upgrading the facility though like the bathrooms.

Fab place. Brilliant staff. Outdoor pool unheated but great. Also have indoor heated pool. Would go again. Outdoor waterpark closed on 8th Sept. There's an indoor one,but it's an extra cost. Foods good.The entertainment staff were class with the kids,rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall fabulous place

***** FABULOUS ***** We stayed here in June 2023. This place is a must for families looking to keep children and adults entertained. It's a beautiful modern hotel, spotlessly clean, with plenty of room and onsite facilities. The rooms are spotless. Well maintained and comfortable. The staff are second to none and went out of their way to ensure every single person had a thoroughly enjoyable experience throughout their stay. The waterpark is nothing short of fantastic, with options available for all ages and abilities. The entire complex is very tranquil and safe, offering a relaxing experience all round. I would highly recommend Aquashow Park to anyone looking for a water park themed holiday.

We spent two nights at the Aquashow Park Hotel, the final leg of a 12 day trip to Portugal. The hotel was excellent, breakfast bountiful and the staff very helpful. Our three children loved the water park (as did I!) and it was good to be able to go in and out as we pleased during the day. Plus we were allowed to use the water park without any extra charge before we checked in and after we checked out, which was a real bonus. Big problem for us though was that my husband was unable to experience any of the water park slides or rides because he wears prescription glasses and you aren’t allowed to wear any glasses on the slides or rides. We have never had this issue in a water park before and it was very frustrating. Our bedroom was also very small for five people and our five suitcases - but for a short break, it was fine.
