We absolutely loved the relaxed feel of this place. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool area is just brilliant, a real sun trap. The food was great too. We had a beautiful room. Yes there is a flyover just outside which is such a shame. But it did not detract from a fabulous stay. Great if you want a little escape from the business and having a bar is a huge bonus in this part of the world.

This is one of the most romantic beach resort I have ever booked having excellent features. 1) Spectacular Beach View is visible from the rooms at the 1st floor. 2) Beach is just outside the hotel. 3) Marvelous Swimming Pool with clean water. 4) Spacious and Well-maintained rooms with a Lobby with an impressive swimming pool and beach view. 5) Caring and Supportive staff with excellent service who also arrange dinner at the hotel ground with light classical music going around that makes the lifetime experience. 6) Food is very tasty. Even North Indian food is available. Shahi Panner is awesome.

We recently stayed at the Classic Regency Alappuzha during our family vacation in Kerala and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the hotel itself was decent, the lack of proper customer service and amenities significantly impacted our stay. Pros: The hotel location is convenient and the property is clean. Cons: Lack of Amenities: We booked a room for two adults and one child (12 years old). Upon arrival, we found an extra bed, but no additional amenities such as extra towels, pillows, face towels, water bottles, or coffee mugs. Despite our repeated requests, these items were never provided. Unresponsive Staff: The hotel staff were largely unresponsive to our needs and requests. This lack of attentiveness and willingness to help was very disappointing. Breakfast Issues: The breakfast buffet was quite underwhelming. Most items were served cold, and the limited hot items were only available upon request, which was time-consuming and inconvenient. It was not the kind of breakfast service one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. Poor Customer Service: Overall, the staff did not seem to care about the guests. The indifference and lack of basic hospitality were evident throughout our stay. This experience was frustrating and did not meet our expectations for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would strongly advise the management to improve their customer service and ensure that guests' needs are promptly and adequately addressed. Until then, I would not recommend Classic Regency Alappuzha to other travelers. There are better options available in Kerala that offer superior service and a more pleasant stay.

Puoi dispositivare un soggiorno in barca di casa in 3 tipi. 1) Controlla a 12.30 dal punto di partenza, ti porta a tornare al lago d'acqua profondo con pranzo, tè/snack di sera e ritorno allo stesso/altro punto di fuoribordo. Costo circa 3k a partire dalla stagione o barca entro 5pm. 2) prenotare solo il soggiorno notturno, controllare a 5 pm con cena, ma durante la notte, la barca rimane statico al punto di partenza (un canale basicamente, quindi non è meglio che stare in un hotel nella zona terrestre. Poi si va al lago profondo di nuovo durante il colazione Tempo e ritorno al punto di partenza a 9am. Mi costò circa 11k, ma dipende dalla barca. 3) miscela di 1 e 2. Raccomando opton-1.
