Non abbiamo avuto problemi con niente all'hotel. Tutto è andato bene.

Scegli questa posizione a causa di un volo precoce e vicinanza all'aeroporto. Sono abbastanza facile andare e posso ignorare i problemi minori. Tuttavia, molti problemi sono un'altra questione. 1) il desk front could not give us a room key nor did our virtual key work. Attentant let us in with master key & we checked out early morning. We did it work 2) la lacuna di adeguate shades/window treatments- our room’s window overlooked a parking lot with a La luce brillava. La facemmo lavorare. 3) Le mutandine erano una battuta. 4 piccole cucchiaini (forse 18”x18”) per un letto di dimensioni reali. Potrebbe essere posizionato in una sola posizione senza riposizionare la cucchiaina. Non poteva farla funzionare. 4) le strutture della camera da bagno non erano pari alla nostra esperienza a Hampton che avevamo soggiornato sulle 2 notti precedenti. Un asciugacapelli meno potente, nessuna lavaggio di bocca. I miei capelli non funzionano! Uno si ferma in un hotel per: sicurezza, comodi strutture di dormire e una bella esperienza in una doccia. Questo uno è completamente fallito. Non rimarrà lì.

Il personale era molto gentile e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta per i viaggi che prendo in città. 

We stayed here for only one night, but the experience was nice. Location for us was good as it was in middle of the shopping district in Robinson/Moon Twp, so there was plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was clean and the staff was very welcoming upon check-in. The room suite was nice size and had everything you needed. The breakfast was nice, the lady who was running the kitchen was great and very pleasant. She even brought fresh baked blueberry muffins right out of the oven to us while at our tables. The only negative for the hotel is the noise that comes in into the room from the hallway. In my room, the door was was a little off so there was a gap in the doorway, so noise was able to come into the room. I could hear people in the hallway to include those in the hallway after midnight. With that said, I was stay here again.

Grande luogo per soggiornare a Pitts. Connesso al Centro di Convenzione David Lawrence è un convento. Molti ristoranti trendy nelle vicinanze. Il personale è stato gentile e utile. Il concierge è stato particolarmente utile alle nostre esigenze e prenotazioni della città. Camere affidabili.

Il check-in era facile e il servizio era molto amichevole. La piscina era un po' sporca ma calda. Non ci sono state date sapone a mano, shampoo, o sapone da bagno per la stanza, ma non c'era alcun problema di ottenere dalla scrivania di fronte quando ci siamo chiesti. In generale, siamo stati felici di stare e saremmo sicuramente rimasti.

Veniva a casa per giocare a baseball al parco PNC. L'hotel è a circa 15 minuti a piedi dai campi. Arrivato al mezzogiorno e il check-in era pulito. Hai bisogno della tua carta chiave per salire in ascensore. Rimasto al 17° piano con vista sulla città, poteva vedere un po 'del ponte Clemente e del parco PNC. La strada aveva un odore di meraviglia, la stanza era pulita, solo poche cose cosmetiche. Non mi sentivo come la AC funzionava molto bene. Il servizio di cameriera rispetta il pendello della porta e non ti disturberà. Non ho guidato né parcheggiato, ma i prezzi dei valet erano un po' elevati.Se dovessi tornare per un altro evento sportivo, rimarrei lì.

I always start a review with the positives. I also don't like to be part of the problem but part of the solution and try to always offer helpful suggestions if I make a valid complaint. That said... The room at the Holiday Inn PIT Airport was PRETTY clean. I saw dark, long hairs on the bathroom floor (my hair is short and blonde,) and in the tub which led me to think the bathroom wasn't clean. However, the toilet and sink were seemingly wiped down and plenty of towels were accessible. The beds are comfy, the rooms are large, and we appreciate the outdoor pool in the warmer months. My husband and I stay here quite often, as many as 4 times a year or more, often with a multi-night stay, and we enjoy using the pool. The location for us is convenient to restaurants, shopping and the airport. Holiday Inn Pittsburgh Airport in general meets our needs. The breakfast is very good. Lots of a variety of hot foods and coffee. The waitstaff is always helpful in bringing out supplies, refilling coffee, hot food, a ”to go” bag if needed, etc. That all said, there is this very heavy set MEAN blonde lady with glasses that makes us cower and cringe each time we enter the hotel. We DON'T want to ask her for anything as she ALWAYS makes us feel like we are BOTHERING her. She seems to work the day shift, from early morning til 3 p.m. or so, as we have noticed and we try to make my requests and ask questions AFTER she is gone for the day. How ridiculous is this?!! Case in point: During one particular stay, I asked for more bars of soap for our room. I prefer bar soap. I shouldn't have to feel ”sheepish” about asking. They are mini and not full-sized bars of soap. We usually stay an average of 3 nights when we come to town and the hubs and i prefer bar soap to the bodywash and need more than one teensy bar for the two of us between the shower and sink for 3 days of usage. Get this one....She told us to use the bodywash in the containers on the shower wall and asked us if we had checked to see if the container of body wash was full!!!?? She seems to like to provoke an ARGUMENT! Then she preceded to tell us how she was instructed to hand out the minimum as in the case of the soap. I was thinking: ” Lady, please just open the drawer behind you and give us the dang soap!!” It's NOT a difficult request. I'm thinking: What happened to the old adage, ”The customer is always right?” The staff certainly should not ARGUE with the customer. A hotel front desk clerk works in the hospitality business and should provide the customer with ”hassle free” service. NOT! We don't ask for much. We don't ask for the room to be serviced with fresh towels, etc. during our usual 2 to 3 night stay. Was asking for mini bars of soap too difficult of a request? Today in our hotel room, I went to wash my hands after leftovers from an early lunch (around 11:00 a.m.,) to find that there was NO WATER. It had obviously been shut off. Why? We called the front desk to find out what happene

La camera era bellissima. Il servizio era buono. Il parcheggiatore è stato rapido. Ci tornerò!
