Hotel belongs to a Dr. who also runs a hospital nearby but doesn't seem to care about how his hotel is being run. Wondering what his patients would be going through. Booked 2 rooms in Nov 23. Problems started from the time we tried searching for the hotel. Google map route is wrong. Went in circles to locate. They haven't even put a signboard on the front side of the hotel. After checking in realised that we were duped on the room size. Very small rooms of 120 sq ft but claiming to be much larger size on various booking sites. Small TV put in an awkward position parallel to the bed. Restaurant was under construction but not updated on the site. Lift got stuck and it took 2 hrs for them to get the mechanic to the place while they kept telling us that he will be there in 10-15 mins. Old age parents had to sit at the reception till then as they can't climb the steps. Poor communication and careless attitude of staff. One of Dr's staff assistant had come for a visit and kept smiling while we were arguing with the staff. Toilets are pathetic. Very small size like a gallery. Exhaust fan is a make shift arrangement. People from adjacent flat can see inside the toilet. Commode was shaking and one had to sit carefully for the fearing of falling down. Flush water was flowing out from the pipes creating a mess. Housekeeping did not come to clean despite reminders. We wanted to leave as soon as possible. Avoid at any cost....

Room and bathroom were conjusted. Avoid triple occupancy. One of my room ac was not working properly and bathroom exhaust fan create noise loudly. Restaurant was closed due to eid. Bedsheet and towels were cleaned.

Inoltre, la connessione TV via cavo non ha sottoscritto canali di notizie internazionali come la BBC o CNN internazionale. C'era un bagno e un bagno. Il bagno principale non aveva doccia a mano, né uno specchio rasoio. Sono stati forniti i bagni di base e gli asciugamani puliti, ma soprattutto non c'era acqua calda. Il cibo a pranzo/diner è stato troppo spezia per il nostro gusto e ci ha voluto molto tempo per preparare. In generale, il nostro soggiorno era piacevole.

It was my best stay in prayagraj and service was too good compared to other hotels and the location was very prime. Little expensive but ok ok. I got non ac room for 2k. And that is a good deal in winters. But for summer you have to charge more. There is no distrubance while u stay. The behaviour of the staffs was humble. Nice hotel overall

We negotiated on the spot and booked 3 rooms for our family of 7 for one night on 16 March'2023. Rooms are good, but service is not upto the mark. While checking in, we were informed that there will be buffet spread for breakfast. However, in the morning, we were informed that we have to order from breakfast menu and it will be served in the room. When ordered over phone, we were again asked to come to dining hall to get the breakfast served. In dining hall, they served breakfast of only one room order against our 3 rooms. After waiting for almost half-an-hour to get served, the staff asked us to repeat the already ordered items for breakfast and were served after another half-an-hour. The items were also very limited to order. For the kind of price they are charging for the rooms like 4-start luxury hotels, service is like a 2-star budget hotel. There may be much better options in Prayagraj. Hotel Milan Palace is definitely not a recommendable place to stay with family.

Avevamo fatto un viaggio con aspettative basse, perché le ultime due recensioni non erano buone. Ma per nostra sorpresa l'esperienza era piacevole.Abbiamo ottenuto un aggiornamento gratuito in una camera di categoria superiore. La stanza era pulita e confortevole. La cena era molto buona. Siamo amanti del tè e ordinate il tè poche volte. Il 90% del tempo cuoco ha superato i nostri rigorosi standard di valutazione 😊 La diffusione del colazione è stata buona. Ho avuto la bocca irrigazione Rabri con Puri. In generale una buona esperienza.

Came here from Ayodhya Chitrakoot visit. Excellent service rendered by front desk. Very prominent location. Wonderful room with all 3 star features. Although restaurant capacity is for about 20, we had excellent service for breakfast & 2 Dinners. After checkout, we could comfortably keep our luggage till late evening in time for our train to Delhi. 2 lifts are there. A little confusing. Room 301 was excellent. Strongly recommend to all Prayagraj visitors.
