"Non prenotate! All'arrivo, ci è stato detto che ci era stata assegnata una camera diversa (base), nonostante la prenotazione indicasse una camera standard (più grande e spaziosa)! Avremmo potuto prenotare questa camera per una notte, ma poi abbiamo dovuto pagare un extra! Nonostante tutto fosse scritto e avessimo passato quattro ore al telefono con l'addetto alle prenotazioni, ci hanno detto di fare da soli. Abbiamo dovuto cercare un altro hotel perché quello era al completo... nessuna collaborazione e nessuna comprensione, e se avevamo qualche reclamo, dovevamo mandargli un'e-mail. Davvero deludente. Non fatelo più!"

"I booked two rooms (a double and a triple) where the refundable and non-refundable rates were the same. By mistake, I selected the non-refundable option for one. I called immediately and sent an email that same night explaining the error. Despite multiple follow-ups, I kept getting vague responses. Now, a month before my arrival in Athens, I’m being charged for the room. This shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. I will not return and do not recommend this hotel."

"The room was large and clean, the air conditioning was great and very warm, there was a TV, a safe, slippers, a lounge chair, and a large balcony. The only downside was the poor ventilation in the bathroom; the moisture couldn't escape quickly and it was quite cold. There was a large full-length mirror and a work desk. Surprisingly, there was an elevator on the third floor. There was also free coffee. The uncle and aunt who worked there the day before yesterday were incredibly kind and friendly. Across the street is the beautiful and clean Mediterranean coastline. It takes an hour by bus to get to the city center. The room was very clean."

"The location of the apartment is very good, restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream shops are all. It is also close to the beach. The room is clean and the cabinets are all available. It is the same as the picture. I and the child have a pleasant two weeks here. The only opinion is. The bedding. The blanket is too thin. There is a room with a cover. The pillow can be softer. One point, it is perfect. In short, I will choose here next time ☺️"
