Hotel is good but room services are so bad. Room landline was not working i complaint-ed about it twice but no response. Electricity fl-actuating whole night. Ac is not cooling properly

Hotel lacks winter preparation. Not good housekeeping, even the toiletries are very old. Need lot of changes in the rooms. Overall experience not satisfactory

Washroom was stinky and foul smelling
geyser was not working properly
dual ac not available they provided blower which is harmful in closed rooms. Limited choice of food and no buffet was there also u can opt only one food item. I have never seen such a management and at this price. In short t hag rah e hain ye
