Hotel a Alicante Province, Spagna

We found all the staff , cleaners , restaurant staff and bar staff very polite , welcoming , especially faran who works in the bar and showed us so much about where to go and what to do, we will definitely be coming back again, vincent simpkins.

We stayed only overnight as we were visiting Pola Park. This hotel has lots of free parking spaces. Room was spacious and very clean with a balcony. In the bathroom they provided shampoo, conditioner, soap, bodymilk, toothbrush with toothpaste. The hotel also have outdoor pool. About 10min walk to the beach and from there is nice walk to marina. Breakfast had excellent selection for everyone. I would definitely recommend this hotel for families that are visiting Pola Park and we will return again.

L'hotel è un po' lontano. Con nessun segnale esterno con dentro. Ho già lasciato un'incidenza. Devi chiedere. La segnalata nei corridoi è nulla. Deve perdere una stella. Il pranzo non è male. Ma il caffè e i succhi di molto Qualità sbagliata. Il servizio in camera lo fa tardi ... Forse non hanno abbastanza personale.

Era da tanto tempo che non trovavo un albergo ad un prezzo giusto come questo..stanze molto belle super attrezzate con tutti i confort..pulizia impeccabile..letto comodo morbido.cuscini morbidissimi..al mattino compreso nel prezzo..una colazione perfetta con una varietà degna di un hotel a 5 stelle...sono italiana ma devo ammettere che in Italia gli alberghi con queste caratteristiche sono molto .molto più cari..tornerei volentieri..al proprietario complimenti ha fatto una struttura molto bella.!!!personale molto gentile..

Da provare … meglio che consigliare . Dovrei minimo utilizzare 200 caratteri x il commento…. Non servono. Se il giudizio è molto Positivo. Ma se proprio devono essere 200. POSITIVO AL 1000x 1000. Ora a Voi…. Futuri viaggiatori.

Absolutely amazing experience. In block B all inclusive. Our first family holiday abroad! The entertainment was just brilliant. Kids (8&6) absolutely loved it. The shows & karaoke, foam party and everything in-between..All of the staff made us feel very welcomed. Our favorite entertainer was of course Twerky 🤣 AKA Nico. The others were just as fantastic too! Food- pizzas, burgers, hot dogs, chips, ice cream & sandwiches poolside. Chips were a little cold until they changed the way we were ordering mid week. Buffets inside we thought were really good a few nights the kids weren't really hungry or didn't fancy what was on but still got a few bits regardless. Crisps, nuts and sweets behind the bar on a night time. We also really enjoyed one of the Mexican outside dining experiences the food was lovely & staff again fantastic. Waterpark was fantastic. The children and us adults thoroughly enjoyed it! All of the lifeguards were friendly & huge thankyou to Nacho for sorting us out with a situation with my sons glasses! Maids changed our bedding though the week and gave us fresh towels daily. I spoke to one of them briefly who were lovely. Lots of shops within a 5-10 min walk including pepco which was super cheap for clothing if you've forgotten anything! (Lidl was a short walk away too for extra suncream) Benidorm was a short bus journey away getting on the bus right outside the resort. We went to the beach & my little girl had her hair braided. The only thing I would make as a suggestion is to have an information pack up on arrival. We arrived at midnight so I didn't ask many questions as we were all tired. Most info is online or at the reception but would have been good to have the info to look at! The map was also a little confusing but we got our heads around it fairly quickly. We will definitely be back! 👏

We stayed for 7 nights, room was beautiful and spacious with a super comfy bed. We got upgraded and had a balcony which had lovely views of mountains and greenery. My partner played golf most days, and had a great time although one of the courses was closed for the week. They also have a driving range you can access without booking. Hotel itself is modern and spacious with plenty of options for food. We ate in the Thai restaurant twice and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, could not fault it. Wide variety of options and not to be missed. Pool area is fantastic, lots of space and loungers. Pool isn’t heated so water is cold but very welcomed on a hot day. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, particularly at the pool bar and lounge bar - always remembered our drink of choice. The only real downside to this hotel is it’s location. We had hoped to eat in Denia most evenings, but getting taxis back is very difficult (have to phone as no ranks in the town)and costs about €40 round trip. So many wonderful restaurants in Denia so it’s a shame there isn’t a more convenient way for hotel guests to visit it. I spent a morning in the spa, and while the treatment was fantastic, the facilities themselves are not great and due an upgrade - the relaxation room in particular. Overall would happily come back, but perhaps with renting a car.

Abbiamo avuto una buona esperienza qui. un ottimo hotel, bella stanza, ben raggiungibile, uso della garage, buon colazione. Una delle nostre migliori esperienze verso Costa del Sol. L'unica cosa che mancava è stato un buon ristorante. Nonostante i pareri del receptionista, le raccomandazioni non erano abbastanza buone!
