Hotel in zona La Mariposa, Alicante

We arrived very late in the night. The hotel entrance was inviting and the lobby was clean and pretty decent. The hotel check-in staff was very friendly and helpful. She checked us in and even assisted us with getting a hot meal despite how late it was. We then proceeded to find our room. The first thing we noticed was that the hallway on the floor was poorly lit, but we were tired so we jut cheked for our room and went it. On entering the room, it smelt unpleasant. There was a smell of old dust. We then went inside the bathroom. That was an awful experience. The toilet had dried urination stains, the shower vent was filled with dust and the bathroom wasn't fresh. We then tried to turn on the television and it wouldnt work. We called the front desk and the check-in staff offered to come to our room. She broguth a new remote to asisst with the television. We complained about the room and asked if we could be moved. She said the room we got was for disabled persons and hadnt been used in a while ( which was obvious) but it also wasnt clean. She offered to try and get us into a new room the next day for which we were grateful. We tried to endure but had trouble sleeping because the air conditioner was filled with dust. We eventually fell asleep and by the net morning I couldnt breathe. My nose was stuffy and I felt like i was choking on dust. We decided to just check out early and find another place as at this point we just had enough. We checked out and were told that we would receive a refund for the remaining nights we did not stay. We booked for 3 nights and stayed for 1. A week after we checked out , we receievd an email stating that they will not refund the nights that we did not stay without valid explanation. Highly disappointing! Defintiely won't go back.

Questo albergo si trova a circa 30 minuti a piedi dal centro di Alicante. Offre camere abbastanza grandi ma molto BASIC. L'area condizionata è quasi inesistente ed in camera c'è pochissimo spazio per poggiare le cose. Noi ci siamo fatti ingannare dalle immagini presenti su internet che sono fuorvianti. Manca il frigobar ed anche le asciugamano sono insufficienti. Offre un comodo parcheggio. Prezzo altissimo e spropositato per i servizi offerti. Per 120 € a notte senza colazione si trova di molto meglio.

Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e prova a fare una colazione adatta all'Asia. Ma la MARIAS SPA accanto non è molto diversa, ma il prezzo è un po' più caro. Come un resort hotel è vicino alla spiaggia pubblica, di fronte al Casinò. Il tutto è ancora ok.

Siamo appena tornati da una settimana fantastica ad Alicante. Questa volta abbiamo soggiornato all'Hotel Albahía, situato a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram La Isleta. Quando arrivammo, ho notato tre cose che dovevano essere ordinate, così ho scritto una nota e la ho dato al ricevimento la mattina dopo, poi usciamo per il giorno e quando tornammo, tutto era stato rettificato. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza solo perché normalmente ci piace andare fuori e provare diversi cibi, ma non c'erano altre opzioni a poche distanza dall'hotel, quindi abbiamo finito di avere colazione e cena in Albahía. Il buffet del colazione ha molte scelte e è molto bello. La sera si può scegliere dal menu di set per 15 euro o dal menu A la carte. Tutti e due sono stati eccellenti per soldi. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato era carino. La stanza è stata costruita e pulita ogni giorno a un alto livello.

Hotel con habitaciones impecables y nuevas, cama enorme y muy cómoda, detalle de café y agua de cortesía, albornoz y zapatillas...El desayuno abundante, siempre reponiendo y muy variado. Con parada del autobus del aeropuerto y a quince minutos andando de la playa y centro.

Viviamo sempre all'Areca quando visitamo la Spagna e voliamo da Alicante. Molto conveniente per soggiorni notturni per una partenza precoce o per un arrivo tardivo. Le camere sono buone, cibo è buono per colazione (un po 'limitato) ma molto buono per il pasto serale. Avete aggiornato qualche volta, ma non lo merita, perché la sala di aggiornamento sembra un po' stanca. Il personale è carino, e se avete un'auto affittato, c'è parcheggio sotto, (ascensore alle camere). Il parcheggio all'esterno è di solito facile, ma il trattamento dei casi in alto può essere difficile. Se non hai un'auto affittato, organizzano il trasporto all'aeroporto a un prezzo ragionevole.

In strada, nessuna porta alberghiera, non è conveniente guidare, il garage è molto piccolo, il servizio è in generale

Mi hanno dato una stanza in primo piano che stava sotto una baracca di fiamme con musica a grande volume fino al mattino, con cui non potevo riposare, che era per quello che mi rimaneva in Alicante e non sono tornato a Valencia lo stesso giorno, E anche se lo dico non mi hanno dato alcuna soluzione, la risposta ”è quello che c'è”, quindi se mi rimetto in questi giorni, troverò un altro.
