A family of bugs and insects living inside our toaster roaming around the counter tops very unhygienic to say the least. Toilet brush was covered in previous occupants poo… cleaning standards really need to be held to a higher level!! 3/5 and not 1/5 because the location is ideal and the reception staff were very kind.

Stayed here whilst on holiday in Alicante. Great location for exploring the city and very near to the bars/restaurants and the beach. We were disappointed with the flat as it was very basic and not luxury as stated. The sleep quality was good as the flats were quiet. The fridge could do with a deep clean as could the shower tray. One of the things we noticed however, was that after initial checking in, staff never made any further interaction with you. This I felt was bad customer service. It only takes a small amount of time to smile and say good morning and this makes the customer feel valued. All in all loved Alicante but will stay somewhere else next time.

Dirty small poor communication not suitable for babies or solo traveller. One bed flat feels unsafe due to ahared main door and bed at door to flat. We were moved temporarily to a bigger flat but it was dirty. Dead bugs near bed, dirty handprint in bathroom wall, dirty kitchen. Was not cleaned.

Mejorar la limpieza en todo el apartamento: Había pelos y pelusas por doquier. La iluminación de las habitaciones muy escasa. Tanto los balcones como las ventanas necesitan ser reformadas. La falta de cortinas en las habitaciones impiden por completo la intimidad necesaria: enfrente ( la calle es muy estrecha) hay viviendas habitadas.

Superbe appartement, très bien équipés pour tout, spacieux nous avions deux salles de bains L’appartement est très bien situe tout à proximité il est au cœur de la ville vous êtes à deux pas de la plage Nous avons apprécié la piscine de toit Qui peut être petite pour les périodes de juillet et août avec les fortes fréquentations. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour une famille avec deux enfants

+ WiFi werkte top + Locatie is TOP, alles is in de buurt (winkel, KFC, club...) + De deuren met code waren voor ons handig maar ik kan begrijpen dat sommige mensen hier niet heel gerust in zijn. + Alles was aanwezig in de kamer: wasmachine, strijkplank etc. (wc papier, afwasblokjes --＞ zelf te kopen) + Smart TV met Netflix en spelletjes +Airco - Hygiene, toen we aankwamen waren de kuisvrouwen nog volop bezig maar ik heb geen idee wat ze gedaan hebben. Vloer was nog vuil, douche was niet proper (haar, stof...) Vraag me af of ze onder het bed zelfs al eens waren geweest. - Fornuis aanwezig, pannen zo slecht dat het inductievuur nauwelijks werkt. - Zwembadwater gewoon vies (ook kleiner zwembad dan op de foto's lijkt) - Afwerking goedkoop - In de kamer klein gat in muur, iets aan een elektriciteitskabel hangend dat los van de muur was gekomen. Kamers waren ook veel kleiner dan op de foto's leek) - In de badkamer miste ik meer plankjes of kastjes om je spullen kwijt te geraken - Als je heel erg gesteld bent op een stille nachtrust kan je wel eens een probleem hebben aangezien je zo goed als alles vanop de gang hoort.

Pluspunten · Men kon een whatsappje sturen naar de hosts om de check-in te regelen. Wij waren vrij vroeg in Alicante en mochten onze bagage eerder afdroppen. De kamers waren fris, ruim en heel netjes. De terrassen en het zwembad waren heerlijke plekken om te relaxen na een dagje in de stad of aan het strand. Winkeltjes, bars en restaurants zijn er voldoende in de omgeving. Een absolute aanrader voor een vakantie in Alicante.

Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad muy cerca de todo. Aunque le faltan algunos detalles, para pasar un par de noches esta bastante bien. Parking próximo aunque dependiendo de la fecha puede estar completo.
