We spent seven nights in one of the three bedroom apartments with a balcony. Marcos met us on arrival and showed us the apartment. The whole apartment is very spacious with everything you need for a short stay. The beds are very comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. We had a problem with noise from the people in the apartment above us but this was dealt with and we heard no more from them. The location is perfect and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, markets, the Harbour and beach. The Tram line is very close by as well. We were able to leave our luggage in MyFlats reception in Calle Bailen and they arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport from there.

Just returned from a lovely 4 day break. Apartments were excellent, very spacious with everything we needed & right in the middle of Alicante City. Received a lovely welcome from the host. Recommend these to anyone looking for a short break and if we ever return to Alicante this is where we will stay.

We liked the location and there was a lot of space however the heater for the water was turned off when we arrived, the beds were hard, and it was not the cleanest. We found a kettle that still had water and mold in it and the dish-ware was a little dusty/dirty but in general it was a good experience for the price.

Ran out of hot water very quickly and Wi-Fi was very weak for rental to 5 people.

Excellent location. Very spacious for two couples. Fantastic private outdoor area. Definitely needs updating but, you get what you pay for so, not complaining. Bulb out in kitchen and on terrace. Water a bit dodgy on last two days. On and off, hot and cold. We took it with good humour. We left some bits and bobs in the hopes next renter might get them as we had to buy...salt, sugar, kitchen roll, toilet roll, coffee, bag of ice cubes etc. Would be a nice touch to pass stuff on. We hope to be back soon. Love Alicante City.

Mejorar la limpieza en general y, en particular: cristales y horno, cojines y tapizados de la terraza. Poner cortinas o estores en todas las ventanas. ( Falta de privacidad) Colocar un sencillo espejo de cuerpo entero y un sencillo perchero colgador en el lugar adecuado. Mejorar iluminación en ambos baños. Revisar y arreglar los cabeceros de las camas.
