This hotel was absolutely horrible experience. The elevators looked like people had vomited in them. The room was dirty, with cockroaches having fun everywhere. The bathroom was just disgusting, full of mold, and it took forever for the hot water to start. The towels had suspicious colors, and the food was a complete disaster. Breakfast was poor and barely edible. Honestly, I could keep going for hours about how bad this place is. Avoid it at all costs!

E-mail that is published on hotel`s website gets rejected as non-existent, request submission form after filled, gets an error, how to apprach a hotel with a request for a quote for an event booking is now mistery to me. Is hotel closed for FEB 2025?

Arrivés ce matin de Khenchela avec notre groupe de vacances des enseignants, nous avons eu la désagréable surprise de découvrir que les chambres qui nous étaient attribuées donnaient directement sur une installation bruyante, avec des machines qui fonctionnent en continu. Après avoir signalé le problème à la réception, on nous a simplement demandé de patienter jusqu’à ce que d’autres chambres se libèrent, alors que nos réservations avaient été effectuées depuis un mois. On se demande vraiment qui gère cet hôtel… Quelle déception ! Pour l’anecdote, la cheffe des agents d’entretien, croisée dans le couloir, nous a lancé sur un ton de reproche : « Mais on vous a donné ces chambres parce que nous, on ne voulait pas les prendre. » Une remarque qui en dit long… Qui dirige donc cet établissement ?

On a attendu 3 h pour accéder à la chambre avec un bébé et 2 enfants en bas âge. La chambre n'était pas prête et la cheffe des femmes de ménage criait sur moi en me demandant qui m'a permit de monter. Ils ont mit beaucoup d'eau de javel directement par terre pour nettoyer. Nous n'arrivions pas à respirer avec les enfants à cause de l'eau de javel. Ensuite ils n'ont pas lavé les wc et les frigos j'ai du demander 2 fois pour qu'ils le fasse. Banane pourrie dans le frigo. Caca sur le mur de la salle de bain pendant tout le sejour. La femme de ménage n'a pas nettoyé alors qu'elle passait tous les jours. Fenêtres démontées dans le couloir à auteur des enfants. Porte de la chambre retrouvée ouverte 2 fois. Horreur à ne pas réserver.

Sejour famille Juillet 2024 dans un bungalow du complexe pieds dans l'eau..bien équipé, doté de toutes les commodités, chaque chambre climatisée, cuisine équipée ,wifi disponible avec bon signal,plage gratuite avec transats et chaises,restauration acceptable et correcte,animation chaque soir,personnel disponible ,réactif et souriant,parking assuré à proximité du bungalow,présence de plusieurs commerces à proximité immédiate..en conclusion ,un bon séjour familial dans un beau complexe publique et dans un très bel environnement...

Je suis extrêmement déçu de mon expérience chez cet hôte. Dès notre arrivée, la réception a été très mauvaise. Il y a eu un manque de communication évident, et cela a été particulièrement difficile pour mes enfants, qui étaient déjà fatigués après un long voyage. Nous avons dû attendre toute la matinée pour obtenir notre chambre, ce qui est inacceptable, surtout avec des enfants en bas âge. L'hôte n'a fait aucun effort pour améliorer la situation ou pour nous aider à nous installer plus rapidement. Je ne recommanderais pas cet endroit, surtout aux familles.
