The hotel is very clean, the rooms are large and right on the waterfront of the river. The staff is very kind. The location is excellent right next to the cruise ships on the river.

Enjoyed staying here for a family wedding. Great view of Alex Bay, easy to get to and could walk to restaurants and shops. Apartment was well furnished and clean.

Very impressed with our experience here at this hotel. The room was very clean, housekeeping was friendly. I may ave misread but there is not a restaurant on site. Theres plenty of restaurants in the area though.

Bathtub in our unit was not protected against slipping. A tub pad was supplied but did not adhere to the bottom.

We came in the off season so it was pretty quiet. The front desk people were super nice and gave some great recommendations on local restaurants and things to do.

Front desk was a lot of help in assisting us with the town and where to eat. The accommodations were right in the water with a sweet balcony.
