With lower boat traffic and ample size, this lake is perfect for swimming or boating and has some of the best fishing in the area. A canoe and 2 kayaks are provided for your use! Located in the heart of Alexandria this house is minutes from everything while still providing a country feel: you will not find more stunning views. The stylish interior has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, multiple TVs, and fast Wifi. The exterior has a beautiful 3-season porch-- with beautiful views of both the sunrise and the sunset. Also, not far out of town are Carlos Creek Winery, Country Blossom Farm, Carlos State Park, and over 350 Douglas County Lakes!The space-You’ll walk through the front door into a 3-season porch where you can enjoy your morning coffee as you wait for the sun to rise. The porch opens up into the sunroom furnished with a working/writing desk station. Through French doors, you’ll find the dining room with a large dining room table, the living room with a Smart Roku TV, a well-stocked kitchen, and a master bedroom/ half bath. Up the stairs are three additional bedrooms and a three-quarter bathroom. Original hardwood floors flow throughout most of the home and each bedroom has its own chic, boho style.
