The location is great: Walking distance to Metro station and King St. The gentleman at front desk took the time to explain to me how to get to interesting places, and even repeated twice on how to get to the free shuttle for King St. The room is spacious and elegant. The full kitchen is well equipped and shiny. I like that the sink is outside of the shower and toilet room. No problem with hot water. Parking is easy with direct access to my floor. Definitely a great hotel to return to!

La stanza era bella e comoda. Abbiamo amato la posizione. Ma abbiamo avuto una esperienza molto irritante con la nostra stanza. Noi abbiamo notato che il blocco di debolt non funzionava realmente sulla nostra porta. Mi piace usare questo per una protezione aggiuntiva. L'ultima notte del nostro soggiorno di 5 notti avevamo una donna che entrava nella nostra stanza mentre cercavamo di dormire a causa di un volo precoce la mattina seguente. Ha detto che era dispiaciuta di averci disturbato e che pensava che questa fosse la sua stanza, apparentemente, che lei l'aveva detto al divano e le hanno appena dato la chiave alla nostra stanza! ?? Non avreste almeno qualche identificazione o verifica che questa fosse la stanza giusta. Era molto inconveniente e ci siamo preoccupati della nostra sicurezza e siamo andati in fretta per il nostro volo. Anche alcune cose da sapere non c'è servizio giornaliero di cameriera, scambio di tovaglioli o riempimento di caffè e abbiamo dovuto chiedere carta da bagno.

UUtente ospite Il servizio di hotel e hotel è grande! Il servizio di parcheggio è terribile! Il desk front era estremamente bello e accogliente. Il servizio di parcheggio valet era di gran lunga il peggiore che abbia mai avuto nella mia vita. Senza salutare, disse con coraggio, che dovevamo andare a controllare prima di portare la macchina nel garage, ci ha buttato fuori dal garage, così ho fatto in fronte al desk, mentre la mia ragazza era in giro. Non molto finora, fino a quando non siamo tornati con il nostro biglietto di parcheggio pagato $30. Il valet ha detto che non possiamo parcheggiare lì, perché non c'è spazio. Ma abbiamo appena pagato il desk, giusto? Abbiamo poi detto che abbiamo pagato “perciò puoi parcheggiare la nostra auto? Il valletto ci dice: “L’hotel non ha nulla a che fare con questo parcheggio!” anche se il segno di entrata dice Hotel Indigo. Altri clienti nel parcheggio ci hanno detto di andare da qualche altra parte perché era terribile e brutto con loro. Così siamo andati in giro nel quartiere molto occupato e abbiamo trovato un sacco di $10 a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Abbiamo tornato a spiegare al divano di fronte cosa è successo e ci ha dato gentilmente una bottiglia di champagne e acqua e ha rimborsato il nostro parcheggio. Ha anche offerto colazione scontata E il suo parcheggio personale! Wow. Si è davvero preoccupata della soddisfazione dei clienti. Molto consiglia questo posto, ma parcheggia altrove!!!

AAshlingSuOur family of 5 stayed here for a week. Everything was clean and in good working order, the staff was pleasant and helpful and the location was close to everything we needed. Parking was easy and free and breakfast was adequate. We felt the fitness center was larger than expected. We REALLY appreciated the daily housekeeping at this property as that doesn’t seem to be common these days. Though this hotel doesn’t have a pool, there are several community pools within 15 min of the property that allow you to swim for a small fee. We went to the one in Old Town and an indoor one at a recreation complex and greatly enjoyed it. Though we found this on our own, it would be great if hotel staff could recommend these options.

BBing19I am glad I didn’t pay full price ($350/night) for this. Great location and everything looks nice from the outside and the lobby. The room is decent from the looks but once you stay in there, you will realized nothing is working properly.
The AC/Heater was not working, the control for the AC/Heater doesn’t work so the AC was blasting cold air all night on NYE!!! So we were both freezing and it was 2am!
The TV only have 5 channels and 2 are the same as the other 2, so in reality only 3 channels. The TV quality is also very outdated. Feel like we were watching TV from the 80s/90s when it was the actual 2024 NYE concerts. And on the 5th channel, it is just showing how DirectTV subscription is expired, like what?
The Wifi in the room is not free unless you are a Bonvoy member.
There was less than a quarter roll of toilet paper on the Tp dispenser and they also didn’t provide a second roll. The body wash pump was empty and the shampoo ran out.
The bottom side of the toilet seat looks very filthy as if they haven’t clean that part of the toilet seat in a while. The floor of the bathroom was also very dirty.
We usually check if we can ask for a late check-out the night before, but we called the front desk with no answers. When they finally answered, they said we have to call back at 7am to let us know. Ehh Hello? The whole point of getting a late check out is so we can sleep in? So I had to set an alarm to call back at 7am to get a 1pm check out. It was a bit annoying.
This was a big disappointment for me because this was supposed to be a nice hotel from Marriott as the Autograph Collection. Especially for $350 a night in the middle of Old Town Alexandria, I had expected better quality.
Not to mention the chaos during check-in. Seems like there were only 4 workers there for HUNDReDs of customer. People were angry about being stuck in the parking garage and no one can help them and they gave a lady a room that currently already have someone checked-in. Apparently the lady opened the door when the guy was showering in the room. What a chaos!

I stayed at this property a little more than a year ago for work. It was satisfactory, although I used the fitness center on that visit and the equipment was not all in working order. Although my expectations for this hotel were not high, the experience was still disappointing. The room was fine, although there appeared to be water damage in the ceiling, visible in the form of paint discoloration (room 706). When I checked in for the two-night stay, I requested housekeeping. It said on the website that housekeeping is done every other day, except on request. The person who checked me in seemed a bit unsure, so I verified the following morning. I arrived back at my room around 7 p.m. to find no one had come. Ironically, the housekeeper left a paper with a QR code waiting for me when I checked in to leave a tip. When I went to complain, I was told (by the same person who checked me in the previous evening) there was nothing that could be done. Really? There was no one from housekeeping on site? No fresh towels in the hotel? I also paid for a rate with breakfast. I was not provided with any information when checking in, until I asked. At that time, I was provided with a card explaining what I was entitled to. On both mornings I ordered the yogurt parfait with fruit and granola, a fruit cup, and a small coffee. On both mornings the fruit was tasteless. This included hard strawberries, unripe cantaloupe, and blueberries. Even the blueberries were tasteless. This really is shameful. Had I not paid for a rate with breakfast, those items and a small coffee would have cost me more than $25 with tax. Finally, I delayed writing this review. I completed the survey sent automatically, providing the information above. Today, I received a pro forma response from the Assistant Manager. This lackadaisical response was the last straw and I feel that it is appropriate for me to share this experience with others.

RRichard DI'm very disappointed in this establishment. There are 30 floors with each with an ice machine, 25 of them didn't work!!!! Ridiculous! My wife and several other people were stuck in an elevator for almost hour!!!! To the point where the fire department was dispatched. After another almost 30mins of the fire department getting the doors open, all of them went upstairs to tell the front desk. Only to be told it was their fault that they got stuck in the elevator, despite them being well below the posted maximum capacity. The maintenance person was rude and very inconsiderate with no sympathy for what just happened to us! No help at all from anyone at the hotel

Ggabriellesqualityno hot water, maids come banging on your door in the morning even when you blindly book a reservation, attempt to check in at 9pm only to be told I need $50 additional dollars I didn’t have! Ended up checking in around 1am because that’s how long it took for me to scrounge up extra change and personally asked for an extended stay because of the inconvenience and how late we actually got in, nopeeee, woke up around 8am with maids banging on our door every 30mins to the hour. I’ve never been so pissed off in my life

Very friendly and helpful staff. They’re currently updating the rooms, with the first updated ones likely to be ready in October. Easy to use laundry facilities on the lobby level (app available for payments & notification when laundry is finished). Housekeeping does an excellent job keeping the common areas and rooms clean and tidy. WiFi works great, can be upgraded with a small fee. Rooms come with a kitchenette and full-sized fridge. Can request various kitchen items, such as coffee maker, utensils, pots/pans, etc to use during your stay. Overall an excellent location with great amenities and wonderful staff.

UUtente ospiteMi è piaciuto il soggiorno qui. I mobili e i piatti sono spesso difficili da ottenere abbastanza. Per esempio, volevo dei forbici, ma erano fuori. Avrebbero avuto molti piatti da usare, e avevo portato con me una cucina, quindi ho mangiato con la cucina che ho portato con me.
Altrimenti le camere sono adeguate per muoversi, e il letto di dimensioni reale era forte e confortevole. Ci sono tre pillole di diverse forza e spessore, quindi dovrebbe adattarsi alla maggior parte delle persone.
Il colazione è disgustoso, consiste solo di pasta di pecora e bar di granola. Ci sono molti caffè. Una volta scaduto il caffè, ho informato il direttore, e hanno iniziato un nuovo lotto immediatamente.
Per politica postata, non puliscono la stanza se rimangono meno di una settimana.
