Hotels con Colazione a Alexander City

We recently stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Our stay was generally acceptable with some exceptions. The accommodations were clean and the hotel was quiet. We didn't have breakfast but saw the dining area and food appeared ample with good variety. The biggest negative was the desk clerk on the night of our check-in (July 15). She was undoubtedly the rudest individual I have ever encountered in the hospitality setting. Because of her, we will not be staying at this hotel again when in the area. Additional note: warning to be sure to ask about the shower operation when you check in. The temperature functionality is backwards. We were not informed at checkin (which we were later told we should have been) so had some initial challenges taking showers.

Alex and Mary in the front office are the best. They will make sure your stay is perfect. Housekeeping staff are top notched. Grounds are nicely kept. Clean comfortable rooms. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Highly recommended.
