Se l'ospite non avvisa la reception, il personale dell'hotel non entrerà nella stanza per pulire e riordinare, condivido molto questo approccio, che è rispettoso dell'ambiente e non intralcia la vita quotidiana degli ospiti.

La camera era pulita e ben presentata. Il check-in è stato reso più difficile in quanto lo schermo non funzionava sia per noi stessi che per gli altri, il che significava aspettare che un addetto alla reception si occupasse della scrivania. Era gentile ed efficiente. La colazione era buona. Il parcheggio era limitato e abbiamo pagato per il parcheggio in una strada vicina. Questo si è rivelato essere più economico del parcheggio multipiano anche quando è stato applicato lo sconto
Nel complesso siamo rimasti soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno di due notti a St Albans. Questo è stato il quarto quarto hotel in cui siamo stati ed è stato sicuramente il migliore del gruppo

Don't stay here on a Saturday night as the hotel is 20 feet from an ultra loud night club. You will be awake until 4am. Apparently this happens every Saturday night and they will not refund you for lack of a good night's sleep as it's outside of their control, however they will still take all of your money. You have been warned!

Great hotel right in the centre of wonderful St Albans. Callum and his team made sure our stay was very comfortable. Helpful and attentive staff. We decided to stay an extra night and this was arranged by Callum. First class customer service.

Amazing service greeted with friendly faces and happy staff.The stay was very peaceful and the rooms were very clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds. Food was delicious and hot my kids loved it.Overall very happy with my stay and would definitley recommend to others and stay again

Easy walk from rail station. Was able to leave my luggage on arrival & on check out to maximize my time to see local attractions. The cooked breakfast was good value for money. The room was spacious and I had a good night’s sleep. Friendly staff and always someone available.

I stayed at this premier inn with my girlfriend for our 10 year anniversary. I couldn’t applaud the staff more, as soon as i came through the doors callum and kitty gave me a huge welcome, they was interested in our reason of stay and they did everything to make us feel comfortable , they even got us a little gift to say congratulations definitely recommend to everyone

Fairly fresh blood stain on carpet and room situated right next to extremely loud nightclub. Also charged £132 just fot room (i.e. no breakfast) as a Saturday during Bank Holiday Weekend.

I found it a little difficult to find the hotels location, as I arrived to the hotel I was met upon a young boy called Nibz. He made me feel like home and helped me with all my luggage to take to the room without me asking. He has a very extroverted personality and is a brilliant aspect to the company.
