Can Xavi is a beautiful and quiet Mallorcan estate located in a privileged place, between the golf course of Pollença and the bay of Alcudia, just 10 minutes from the beach and the villages of Pollença and Alcudia. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with access to the porch and barbecue. Living room with fireplace, and sofa bed. The living room has access to the terrace and bathroom. We enjoyed every moment
Excellent, we loved laying down next to the pool. The water was very nice, the kitchen was amazing. We really had a great time at the finca.

Lovely private property in rural part of Mallorca
The property was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches.
Communication with the owners was very good, before and during our stay. We had no problem gaining access.
The area is so quiet and beautiful.
As mentioned in other reviews, the bedroom mezzanine is slightly challenging but we knew this before booking and we coped with the low ceiling.
Having a private pool was a definite bonus. And there was lots of choices of areas to sit outside in the garden.
We very much enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Can xavi
House ok ,,, service ok ,,,,,,the road 400 meter is really bad with holes and stones ,,,,, that’s de only comment about the propertie,,, the house is in a quit area !

Quiet and rurally located finca
Very nice finca with all you need for a pleasant vacation…very nice and helpful hosts 😀
Because of the very small-sized bedroom directly under the low hanging roof I would only recommend it for a younger couple.

Ruhige Finka für zwei
Süße kleine Finka, sehr abgelegen. Durch den Pool auch sehr gut bei den warmen Temperatur auszuhalten. Viele Möglichkeiten um es sich draußen gemütlich zu machen. Größere Städte sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

Calme et tranquillité
Le logement est parfait pour 2 personnes, le plafond de la chambre est un peu bas. La cuisine fonctionnelle avec l’électroménager nécessaire. Le point fort de cet hébergement est l’extérieur. Superbe piscine sans aucun vis à vis et grand jardin méditerranéen. La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite Voiture indispensable

Es waren wundervolle 13 Tage. Reibungsloser Ablauf. Alles entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Sehr sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermietung! Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
