Sono arrivato il 31 luglio e sono stato controllato e pagato prima di essere stato informato che tutti i servizi erano stati chiusi per agosto. Non c'è servizio in camera, tutti i ristoranti chiusi e nessun aiuto per arrivare al mio bagaglio. Non c'è nemmeno una tazza di caffè disponibile. Il minibar nella stanza aveva una bottiglia d'acqua, una Coca Cola e niente di più. La piscina superiore del tetto aveva acqua, ma non una paracadute o un salone in vista. Quando ho provato a usare la navetta gratuita che è stata annunciata, mi è stato detto che era solo per uso di compagnia. Una visita più deludente

Grande letto di dimensioni re. Buoni cuscini e fogli puliti. Fessure sonore. Vicino (1 isolato), c'è un piccolo negozio con un grande supermercato ancoreggiando il negozio. Molti ristoranti vicino: coreano, persiano. giapponese, italiano. Provato tutti. Molto buon cibo, buon valore anche per soldi.Adoro il posto sushi.

Business hotel not too far from the airport. Quite smart, rooms in good condition (some of them are set up interestingly - bed faces large picture window). Little bit dark but OK - lighting fine, storage space fine, wifi worked well. Good bathroom with both a tub and a shower. Think it has a small gym but apparently that has to be prebooked. Breakfast was very good. Good VFM overall.

Un descubrimiento al cual volveremos.Habitacion para 2 adultos,1 niño de 3 y otro de 12 años amplia.Cama grande y supletoria.Baño bastante grande con ducha enorme con gel y champú. Aire acondicionado,parking cerrado del que no hicimos uso xq tienen parking vigilado delante de la puerta del hotel. Maquinas de vending con bebidas, galletas,etc.Cafeteria. Personal agradable.Genial de precio.Burger King al lado, Supermercado al lado,centro sanitario colindante,centro comercial y farmacia a 300 metros.Zona tranquila.Gebisl para escapada, Warner etc

There is only one reason I would choose this hotel again – if I am taking care of business in the immediate area. The staff is professional, the facility is nice and clean, Wi-Fi works well, but the location is lacking. If you want to be near the Barajas airport or the industrial facilities nearby and do not plan to leave the hotel, this is a competitive choice; if not, keep looking. The price I paid was slightly lower, but it does not compensate for the dull location. The amount I saved on lodging, I will spend on Uber. Google Maps show “Centro Comercial Carrefour Alcobendas” within walking distance with a choice of restaurants and stores. The problem is that it is on the opposite side of “Carretera de Fuencarral.” There is no pedestrian infrastructure to get there unless you walk on the highway, which is dangerous, and I don’t recommend it. I walked around with my GPS and could not find a way. This is an industrial zone with limited choices to offer a guest. Alleys, dead-ends, warehouses, and automobile manufacturer offices surround the hotel. However, there is a way to walk to a plaza featuring a Toys “R” Us. The only restaurant (Orale Compadre) was closed on Sunday afternoon and supposedly opened on Monday at 8 pm, so it does not help much. A PrimaPrix was closed by 3 pm on Sunday—the rest of the business sells ornaments, miscellaneous, sporting goods, or furniture. Don’t be misled by all the colorful bubbles in Google Maps surrounding the hotel. The hotel only offers breakfast from 7 am – 10 am. Management seems to have a deal with Telepizza for delivery, so I ordered. The food tasted unfrozen, and it was school cafeteria quality at best. A reflection of the lacking food services in the area is evident as the vending machines are missing a significant percentage of snacks. The room does not feature a mini-fridge like other Holiday Inn locations, so bringing drinks and/or snacks that require refrigeration is not an option. The Uber from Barajas airport to Holiday Inn Alcobendas was 14 Euros for a 15-minute ride. An Uber to the Madrid Center area was 27 Euros, which took 25 to 30 minutes. The view from my side of the hotel is uninteresting (warehouse rooftops). I can only imagine it is no different on any other side of the building. The TV is not smart, so you are limited to the channels offered (Sorry, no YouTube or Netflix). I think offering complimentary airport transportation to take advantage of the proximity to Barajas Airport should be considered.

No tienen ventanas en las habitaciones, hay un cristal pero no se abre ni oscila, la sensación de agobio en mi caso fue grande, no sé si por seguridad esto estará permitido, supongo que sí, pero no es agradable! Lo demás muy bien!

In generale, è stato secondo le aspettative, tranne il ristorante, che avevano solo 24 ore di cibo disponibile qualcosa sembra strano perché era un giorno normale. Ho avuto un'altra Ibis e su questo ho visto questo problema speciale di cibo che non capisce. La stanza e il servizio erano come cercavo.

Il nome dell'hotel è un po' fuorviante perché non è molto vicino a nessuno dei terminali aeroportuali. Da la stazione ferroviaria più vicina (cercanias, C4 linea Alcobendas/San Sebastian de los Reyes) ci è voluto quasi mezz'ora a piedi all'hotel. Tuttavia, per taxi è a soli 10 minuti di cammino tra l'aeroporto e l'hotel. Se vuoi risparmiare tempo, consiglio un taxi. E' circa 20 euro. L'hotel stesso era molto buono. Il lobby era elegante, la camera era piuttosto bello, tutto era pulito. Buon servizio clienti e personale amichevole al reception desk. Ma si prega di tenere in mente la posizione, soprattutto se avete un volo mattinale presto il giorno seguente.

Stunningly beautiful hotel right on the river in San Sebastian. The entrance hall is palatial. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room, and it was huge! Staff were really friendly and welcoming. Location is excellent - it makes this hotel a perfect place to explore this gorgeous city.
