Hotel vicino alla stazione di Tunes Train Station a Albufeira

La stanza non era come apparve nelle foto per il più bello hotel, una posizione incredibile e strutture pulite

I wanted to do a review as before we left I was extremely nervous reading some of the negative ones on here. So we went for 10 night family holiday. 2 adult and 3 kids (16, 10 & 6) We arrived at 1am, checked in with security & a mini van brought us to our apartment. I was pleasantly surprised by our apartment. It was 2 bed, 1 bathroom 1 ensuite (but the same size as bathroom) apartment with loads if space. I couldn't believe the space! Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster,coffee machine, fridge and separate freezer. There was also a washing machine & dryer. Plenty of towels and hair dryer in one of the bathrooms. Aircon in bedrooms and living room. Good size comfortable couch/ sofa bed. T.v in living room and bedroom. An extendable kitchen table & 6 chairs. Garden terrace with garden furniture. The resort itself is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It is very big with a good few hills. We didn't mind this but something to bare in mind if you struggle with hills, are in a wheelchair or need extra walking assistance. There was a few creepy crawlies/ spiders/ ants but this didn't bother me. It's a garden village not a 5* hotel complex. There was no building work being carried out when we were there. The area was so peaceful and quiet. Even a night time. There are 4 pools over the resort in different areas. Each area is spotlessly clean and have a snack bar/ restaurant. We spent most of our days at La Pergola poolarea as the kids just preferred it here. There was always a few sunbeds available. Food was lovely, staff we just so nice & friendly, cocktails were good too! Our first morning we had breakfast at Casa Azul. Food & service was excellent and the view was beautiful. We had dinner on two night in O Pavilhão. The food here was exceptional!!! Could not fault one thing. And the staff were amazing, so friendly. I genuinely could not recommend this place enough! Mini market was handy. A bit pricey but had all the essentials. We went to Pingo Doce supermarket about 10min walk from the resort to do a big shop when we arrived. There was a fruit stall along the way and the peaches here with amazing!!! Staff at reception were always very friendly and helpful. We got a local taxi to the Old Town most days, which cost 5e as we needed a 5/6 seater for us all. We got it to taxi rank 1, it was just a 2 min walk from the main square. I tried Uber one two occasions and it was just a disaster so I stuck with the local service and they were friendly, quick and efficient. Never let us down! When we were leaving we got a taxi from taxi rank 2 a few nights and this cost 6e. The weather was amazing while we were here also. Temperatures ranging from 26°- 31°. My only criticism would be the level of cleaning done in the apartment before we arrived. There were a few stains on the counter tops, fridge & freezer doors, inside the fridge. I always do a clean when I arrive somewhere to stay but it's unfortunate that it wasn

L'hotel è bello quando si cammina in porta ma il resto dell'hotel è data. Necessita di un rivamp totale. La stanza è pulita e ben attrezzata con frigorifero, microonde, caldaia e lavastoviglie e tutti gli utensili, ma senza condimenti. Molto rumore da un sacco di uomini che si battono alle porte a tardi di notte e voce alta. C'è un totale di 5 piastrelle nella stanza, solo uno che ha funzionato e questo è quello per la caldaia il resto è stato nascosto da mobili e probabilmente la ragione per cui sono nascosti non funzionano, quindi è stato un incubo se avete bisogno di elettricità per più di 1 piastrelle. Con un adolescente era tortura. Eravamo a metà tavola, ma il cibo non era grande, la selezione era scarsa di 4 opzioni calde. Carne, gambe di pollo, pasta con salsa separata e un pezzo di merluzzo. Provato il ristorante due volte e aveva le stesse opzioni entrambe. Quindi non sprecare i vostri soldi a metà tavola. Molti bellissimi ristoranti vicino. Molto consigliare Clay forno che è indiano prima di arrivare al ***** e Giardino d'oro cinese al fondo del *****. Tutti e due cibi erano fantastici. La piscina ha molte sale solari ma la piscina era congelata, c'è un tetto con una macchina di vendita come il bar. Abbiamo provato la piscina interna che era piacevole, perché è leggermente più calda, ma è fatto per indossare una capsula da doccia che forniscono 4 euro, non capire perché non è impermeabile e il cappello fornito è lontano da appiattire. ***** è a 5 minuti di distanza e la vecchia città è a 25 minuti a piedi entrambi piacevole passeggiata. Abbiamo fatto il meglio della nostra vacanza e abbiamo usato l'hotel come base, sono stato a Albuferia 6 volte ora e tornerò ma ad un altro hotel

Noi ci siamo stati ad agosto 2020 per un paio di settimane. La struttura si trova proprio in centro ad Albufeira nella zona di negozi, ristoranti e locali vari. Col covid tutta la movida era limitata e non c'era la gente degli anni normali quindi devo dire che abbiamo dormito bene (certo prima di mezzanotte il rumore non cessava ma diciamo anche che anche noi prima delle 23.30 in camera non tornavamo mai), il parcheggio non si trova vicino all'hotel ma bisogna cercarlo sulle strade che portano fuori Albufeira quindi immagino in anni ”normali” sia molto complicato trovare parcheggio se si muove la macchina per visitare una spiaggia diversa (ma comunque questo succede per la maggior parte dei paesini in Algarve che hanno subito dietro delle collinette e sono borghi piuttosto minuscoli. Noi non avevamo colazione perchè preferiamo sempre provare posti nuovi. E' vicinissimo alla spiaggia e comodissimo per i ristoranti, si trova ogni tipo di cucina immaginabile a pochi passi dall'hotel. I receptionist non sono molto cordiali, un po' freddi, forse questo sarebbe un punto migliorabile. La pulizia delle camere è buona e la nostra camera aveva anche un bellissimo balconcino che guardava sul centro dl paese, davvero stupendo osservare il paesino al mattino presto. Tornerei sicuramente in questa struttura per la comodità della location in rapporto al prezzo pagato.

Grande camera grande colazione grande soggiorno.Abbiamo avuto un bellissimo soggiorno per il nostro 10 anniversario all'hotel. L'hotel ci aveva lasciato una bottiglia e una carta per la nostra occasione speciale che era un bel toccamento. La camera era molto grande e la camera e l'hotel erano ben decorati, il jacuzzi non funzionava e la corte squash era fuga (non che volevamo giocare a squash) solo un'osservazione. Ci piaceva il colazione e ci sono molte scelte che ci servivano solo un'altra macchina da caffè, perché la coda arriva molto. Non possiamo commentare il pranzo o la cena, perché abbiamo passato tutti i giorni a scoprire e trovare le strade posteriori di Albufeira per un'incredibile cucina portoghese e di mare. Il personale era tutto bello e l’unico critico dell’hotel sarebbe il costo per l’uso della cassaforte nella stanza. Qualsiasi cosa per fare un extra... Non ho dovuto pagare per usare una stanza in sicurezza prima, quindi era un nuovo per me! Anche il bus che era rotto era fuori per 2 giorni e non pensavano di mettere su un'altra opzione, quindi dovremmo usare Uber invece, che erano più economici dei taxi che il desk front chiamare.

We arrived at the hotel early, couldn't checkin so left our bags in their storage room. First impression is clean. When you walk into reception it looks a little out dated. The pool tables, air hockey and tv are located in a room next to the bar & restaurant on level -1. Next to the bar and & restaurant is the outdoor pool area. Also ok level -1 you have room numbers 1-4 I believe On Level 0 is more rooms and hairdressers and reception. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. We had a kitchen area with kettle, toaster, hobx2 and a microwave. WiFi was terrible in the rooms. The doubleroom was 2 single beds. They were fine. In the bathroom make sure you read the notices regarding the charges to the bathroom toilets and that.

Hotel abbastanza moderno e carino. Camere piuttosto ben insonorizzate , personale disponibile. Non sono da 4stelle né i servizi né la pulizia delle camere che a volte è stata approssimativa. La piscina è molto più piccola di quello che appare in foto e soprattutto rimane praticamente circondata dagli appartamenti di un condominio adiacente.. non bellissimo... La colazione è appena sufficiente data la totale mancanza di varietà.. In 8 giorni abbiamo mangiato SEMPRE le stesse cose, sia nel dolce che nel salato. Bagni da rivedere (non indovinato il sistema del lavandino che schizza acqua ovunque e pure la doccia/vasca, scomoda con fuoriuscite di acqua continue). Le camere lato mare hanno una bella vista ma quelle lato strada sono terribili. Lo declasserei per questi motivi..

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.
