Restarebbe di nuovo. circa. 1.5m dalla vecchia città ma meno di 5 euro a Uber. Pulizia senza spot. Personale molto amichevole e non poteva essere più utile. Grande colazione come parte della prenotazione della stanza. Calma a notte, ma alcuni bar e ristoranti entro 2 minuti a piedi.

DISAPPOINTING HOTEL.. Rooftop beautiful but closed too early. No restaurant or bar in hotel if you wanted to relax in hotel itself. Rooms not soundproofed well enough as music on streets went on to 4-5am NO SLEEP. Also my wife sprained her ankle and the guy on reception offered no help at all when I asked for bag of ice to reduce swelling.I ended up getting frozen peas in spar as they were closing up. I did ask to speak to manager but he said no manager here. CUSTOMER RELATIONS TERRIBLE WITH THIS RECEPTIONIST. The rest of the staff I could not fault. For these reasons I or my party shall not return.So disappointed after paying over €1100 per couple.

We just returned from 9 days at Alfagar. My husband, two daughters (age 8 & 11) and I stayed in a one bedroom, half board option THE ROOM The girls slept on the sofa bed. Important to note: not all rooms have a sofa bed that actually pulls out with a proper mattress for two. After my younger daughter complained about sleeping on the sofa (my oldest was on the mattress/cot section), management did bring a second proper mattress and cot to the room. It made a big difference. Loved having a small toaster oven, besides the microwave. We were on a ground floor room (#006). We faced the main pool and loved loved loved being able to sit outside and see the girls in the pool or pull loungers up to our grass and easily use the restroom. I highly recommend this room. Sure you don’t get amazing views, but the convenience is second to none with the kids. THE FOOD Breakfast was fine. Nothing special but everyone could find something they liked. For dinner, We went back and forth between the Colina and Aparthotel (across the street, 7 minute walk) buffet restaurants depending on the theme night. Our favorites were Portuguese and Brazilian nights. I was really looking forward to enjoying more seafood, but a lot of the fish options were in sauces, that I didn’t care for too much. Our least favorite was Chef’s choice night and Asian night. I was really annoyed at having to buy soft drinks, juice for the kids at dinner. For half board that should really be included. Tip: take a 20 min walk to the Intermarket, or Uber there for €4 and pick up groceries for lunch. We went back twice for the delicious prepared roast chicken and rice. We made quesadillas, sandwiches and salads. My entire family loved it and it was great value. Another tip is to pick up ice pops, and ice cream bars at that supermarket, instead of purchasing on site - you’ll save a lot ENTERTAINMENT / POOLS The entertainment and pools were the highlight of the stay! Bellux Entertainment runs the animation program and their team do a fantastic job of engaging everyone - kids and adults! My girls looked at the activities schedule every day, always found something to do - ping pong, water polo, bocce, molky, etc. A special shout out to Luis (who manages the kids program) whose passion for working with kids is clear. We was like our girls’ BFF by the end of our stay. Thank you for making great memories for them! I was so grateful not to wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve sun beds. We hung out mostly at the colina main pool & the aparthotel main pool as that was where most of the activities took place and also the pool with slides at Colina. OVERALL If we were to return to this part of Algarve we would stay here again, although not sure if we would do half board again. Tip: book directly on the website for a small discount.

Accoglienza gentile ed efficiente. Personale competente e dispobibile. Il residence è molto grande, e questo, pur essendo frequentatisismo, consente comunque una certa tranquillità. I ristoranti vanno prenotati per tempo, sono affollatissimi. Poco fornito, ma sufficiente per le emergenze il Mini Market, ma ci sono numerosi grandi supermercati nei dintorni. Qualche piccola carenza di manutenzione negli appartamenti, comunque grandi, luminosi, comodi e forniti di tutto il necessario.

At best its a 4star property. During our stay hotel wasnt at its best, so ill put 3.5 stars. Hotel entrance looks like a train station waiting room. For a moment we thought that we are underground as its dark everywhere inside the hotel. Toilets were smelly on the entrance ground, Windows were cleaned on Christmas last year i think. Dirty floors. Rooms are dingy, but spacious.. Lots of cupboard space. you cant use the mirrors in bath area as its too dark. Water in Toilet bowl keeps on going unless you fiddle with the push buttons. TV Remote was filthy. Towels are from the 10th century, use with care! Toiletries are basic brands, nothing oo la la! Breakfast is good, not excellent. Theres a live station for omelettes and pancakes. Coffee from nescafe machines with pods, again not very 5 star standard. Stay here if you have a good price deal but not high expectations. DO NOT EXPECT 5 STAR SERVICE! You have been warned.

La struttura esternamente é bellissima e molto curata, area piscina e giardino meravigliosi. La camera era molto spaziosa ma alcuni elementi d'arredo (comodini, scrivania e panca all'ingresso) erano datati. Avevo prenotato una camera classic ma ci hanno dato una camera deluxe facendoci credere di averci fatto un favore e invece così non é stato. Per raggiungere la camera, che si trovava al 5° piano bisognava fare 4 piani con un ascensore, poi percorrere un lungo corridoio e poi fare l'ultimo piano con un montacarichi di servizio. La nota dolente sono i servizi. In bagno é mancata tutti i giorni l'acqua, più di una volta siamo rimasti sotto la doccia e abbiamo dovuto apsettare che si ricaricasse il serbatoio dell'acqua per il riasciacquo: una cosa inaccettabile per qualsiasi albergo, a maggior ragione per un 4 stelle. Il personale oltre che scusarsi non é stato quasi mai in grado di risolvere celermente il problema. Oltretutto neanche hanno cercato di compensare la mancanza in qualche modo, non so magari offrendo un calice di vino, invece abbiamo pagato tutto fino all'ultimo centesimo. L'area spa é piccola, il bagno turco chiuso e la sauna, che dovrebbe essere sempre fruibile per i clienti, a volte é spenta. Alcuni degli asciugamani forniti per la piscina sono logori e strappati, altra cosa assolutamente inaccettabile per un 4 stelle. Sconsiglio la cena a bufffet, é un servizio mensa di basso livello, inadeguato per un hotel di quel livello. La colazione é buona, ricca e varia. Il personale é molto gentile e disponibile ma evidentemente poco formato. La struttura ha grandi potenzialità ma c'é molta strada da fare. Tornerei solo per l'ampiezza della stanza, la colazione e l'area piscina.

Amazing place, 2 big bedrooms we booked and they were huge. Clean in general. Had all kitchen and catering amenities. Staff was kind. For the price it was a steal. Highly recommend this place. It’s about 12 min drive to albufeira center. There’s a Aldi in 5 min drive very handy. The place has a common swimming pool we did not use it as it was still a bit chilly and we were tired too. Lot of parking around inside the villa. The only downsides I can say and they are minor the shower could be slightly better spray that’s it. 5/5 for me.

Prenotato una stanza gemella 3-night per partecipare alla conferenza di un amico a Lagoa. L'hotel, o meglio, motel è eccellente per coloro che si trovano su ruote, non per coloro che si trovano a piedi. Se si dispone di disabilità, trova un'altra città nell'Algarve. Alcuni set di scale non hanno ferrovia, si deve andare in giro per ”scegliere” fisicamente. La reception ha solo 1 membro del personale quando fuori stagione, essere preparati e fare tutto online. La camera era molto confortevole, la seconda porta a una serie di scale (cured) con accesso diretto al parcheggio/ingresso dell'hotel non era. Il freddo e l'umidità passano attraverso le porte (la porta anteriore conduce anche al corridoio interno), mentre le porte hanno bisogno di manutenzione. La colazione è buona e variabile, per tutti i gusti, tranne le opzioni senza glutine. segnale Internet molto debole, doveva usare il pacchetto di dati telefonici. L'ingresso è solo alle 4:00. Pro. oltre a quanto ho già detto: terminale di autobus 5 min a piedi, buoni ristoranti ogni modo 5 min a piedi (una è appena vicino alla porta), supermercato passando il giro, letti molto comodi. Puoi camminare al centro (10 min a piedi) ma la città è senza interesse, a meno che non ci sia un evento, per coloro che si trovano a piedi, puoi rimanere qui e conoscere altre città vicine dell'Algarve con l'autobus, Poiché il terminale è così vicino, e non è costoso andare in autobus.
