"Clean and safe. But there were ants, which was okay for me but my friends seemed uncomfortable.
The location was not nice. We rode a jeep from the main city for 1 hour. (we tried to get a taxi but they said we need to pay 3000 pesos)
The service was nice. we enjoyed a pool. And we could have a free breakfast."

JJosephWe stayed at Misibis Baygarden Resort from July 11–13 and had a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings — perfect for unwinding.
There was a minor issue with my request for unscented linens and no air freshener due to allergies, which wasn’t addressed at first, but the staff quickly made up for it by upgrading us to another room, which we appreciated.
One area for improvement would be the internet service, which was quite unreliable during our stay.
Overall, it was still a pleasant experience, and we look forward to coming back

UUtente ospiteI really liekd this hotel. I wanted to splurge a bit and it was perfect: very good buffet breakfast, location was 1 min walk to 2 awesome massage places, there's a711 store opposite the hotel and SM Mall Legazpi is just a 10min tricycle ride.
The room was well appointed and the Wi-Fi fast: not common in the Philippines. The outdoor swimming pool was great for a swim after a long day of sightseeing. I hihly recommend it

Il cibo nel buffet di colazione incluso era grande. La varietà di cibo era eccellente ma non aveva alcun succo di frutta disponibile. Altrimenti il caffè Lotus Blue aveva anche un grande cibo a un prezzo molto ragionevole.
La posizione era molto vicina alla zona principale e a piedi di distanza dai centri puliti con molte opzioni alimentari e ristoranti.
Purtroppo, abbiamo avuto una cattiva esperienza con la stanza. Il riscaldatore d’acqua calda all’interno della stanza non funzionava. Lo abbiamo immediatamente segnalato al divano frontale. Hanno mandato un meccanico di manutenzione per risolverla, ma la stessa questione ogni volta che abbiamo provato ad usare la doccia. Egli promise di sostituire il riscaldatore mentre ci andavamo, ma quando tornammo, il riscaldatore d’acqua calda non funzionava ancora; l’acqua dal doccia sarebbe uscito prima molto calda e difficile da regolare. Poi dopo che l'acqua è uscito molto freddo. Ho riportato la stessa questione al divano frontale, ma non ho avuto risultati. Grazie a Dio siamo stati bloccati solo per due giorni.

FFULGENCIO OBADOthis is our second stay in this hotel, the staff are more nicer this time in front desk, I ask extra key so that I can leave the room while my companion is sleeping and she give me extra no argument, the parking lot is safe although its limited, they renovated the the hotel so kind of a mess but they tried to make everyone safe and provided they need. the bed is firm and pillow is soft, the safe didn't work but they fix it quickly, the bathroom need improvement. strong wifi, strong water pressure and hit water somehow a funny smell in the bathroom just need to continue exhaust on. its quite we both sleep well. this location is perfect in center legaspi walking distance to ayala mall. the food seems very limited this time but good enough few variety to get it full, had a soup, fruits, and omelet station.

FFulgencio PolThe place is very close to the mall and food park, as a traveller local and street food might think twice for cleanliness and water sensitivity, the place is not too bad few bad and good, water will disappear in n o time so better ask the front desk to put the water on. Not as cleaned as 3 star but can be done for 1 night,No elevator service if you have a large luggage and bad knee this place is not for you. Mall are nearby 5-7 mins walk.

ROOM
Our first room was okay, but the filter of aircon is dirty so we had the staff cleaned it. next, we would like to go out to swim but their SDB was not fixed in the cabinet so we dont think how was that ”SAFE” knowing that it can be removed. so we just let it pass. then going back after our dip in the pool, we took a shower, but voila! the drainage doesnt drain at all 😂 so we decided to request to transfer to another room. so on the next room, as you enter, you will smell that it was not used for a period of time. the carpet was dusty, you can feel it on your feet. in this room, aircon and bathroom are now okay.
RESTAURANT
Volcanic Grill - before it was so nice to lounge here because of the food, but during our stay, the food was limited and there is no meat to grill 😅 how was that called volcanic grill? we ordered other food, and tbh, it's delicious and big serving.
Breakfast - Since it is a weekday, we expect that it is not buffet, the food are not the same as before but it is still sumptious. we enjoyed our breakfast.
POOL
Of course, the hotel has the best view of Mayon. Nothing else to say, just look at the photo.
SERVICE
The staff are all respectful.
PRICE
It is a bit pricey given, they should have lower the price first to gain clients.

UUtente ospiteExcellent service from Front Office, housekeeping and restaurant staff and nice location. But this hotel needs to bring up the cleanliness and upkeep of the room. Our room was full of cobwebs under shelves, exhaust fans and corners. Bathroom is terrible. Cloudy water, moldy sink and shower stall and oh my God toilet bowl is terribly dirty. Both rain shower and hand-held shower are not functioning properly. I had to borrow pail and scoop. Fridge/minibar is rusty. Wall paints chipped off. Stained linens. I suspect there is bedbug too. 2 of us noticed bite marks on our legs, hands and arms. The only complementing factor is really the staff service.

IIgnacioIl posto è molto conveniente per esplorare sia la città di Legazpi che il Monte Mayon, come è nel punto centrale tra entrambi. Il letto è molto comodo. La stanza è anche abbastanza tranquilla e pulita. Le ragazze incaricate sono anche molto carine.
