Club Mahindra Arookutty, Alleppey

I recently visited Club Mahindra Alleppey resort and was extremely disappointed by how poorly the resort treats its taxi drivers. First of all, the washroom facilities provided for the drivers were in terrible condition – dirty, unhygienic, and barely usable. The parking area is equally bad, with uneven ground and very limited space, making it difficult to park without risking damage to the vehicle.To make matters worse, the water available for bathing was visibly polluted and unsafe, leaving drivers with no proper facilities to freshen up after a long drive. Shockingly, there were no rooms or even proper resting areas for drivers, forcing them to sleep in their cars or seek accommodations elsewhere.For a resort of this caliber, it's disappointing that they completely neglect the people who work hard to bring guests to their doorstep. I would not recommend this resort to any taxi drivers or their clients unless these issues are addressed immediately.

It's a must visit destination. The wonderful service and amazing sumptuous delicacy are simply mindblowing. Wonderful staff and their out of the world service is the use of this resort. Thank you team for the outstanding service and experience.

We stayed with family (daughter, granddaughter, son-in-law and son) in two Studio-(K) rooms of CM Arookutty. Our stay was very pleasant as there were many activities in the property that suited the interests and tastes of members of the group. We enjoyed the pool, the TT, Chess, Jenga and table-hockey of the games-centre and the lively evening social games including DJ music. There was also the beautiful backwaters of the lake beside the property and some adventure sports for kids. The rooms were clean and spacious and were cleaned everyday at our request. The toiletries, supplies and other facilities were adequate. We had food at the Ripples Restaurant of the resort. The meal-plan was that of dinner and breakfast for the adults on the days we stayed at the resort. Dinner and breakfast buffets had a wide variety of items to suit the tastes of everyone. Added to that we were provided “high-tea” that consisted of a snack and tea or coffee in the evening. The vegetarian and non-vegetarian options available for the buffet were good. The staff were pleasant and ready to assist us with everything. The gardens of the property are also very nice and well-kept. For senior-citizens it’s a place where one can rest and take walks and enjoy the beauty and calm of the lakeside views.

During our visit to India this was the second hotel/resort that we stayed. Beautifully located by the lake. The sunrise could be viewed from our room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the and there was a good choice but less than O by Tamara.

One of the best club Mahindra resorts in Kerala. WE enjoyed it a lot as usual. The staff is very nice . The amenities are really good. The mukti cuisine buffet is worth trying. We had guests who were no members who enjoyed it too. Overall it was a memorable 3 days stay
