Stayed for one night after a bad experience in a nearby resort. What a difference in this property. Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Wonderful food and beautiful location. Would definitely come back for another stay. Highly recommended

It was just for an overnight stay, unfortunately. The food was great and the room was well-appointed (including a fridge), and furnishings were good. My balcony overlooked the garden and to the water beyond - I think they probably all do. Best of all was the friendly and courteous service, from all staff, throughout my stay. A massage at the Spa was a real treat (thank you, Lakshmi). And the housekeeping service was great, with clean and pressed laundry returned quickly. If I had another opportunity, I'd gladly stay at Uday Backwater Resort at Alappuzha again - for longer next time.

Excellent hotel; rooms were extremely comfortable, well appointed and very clean. Restaurant was excellent too and service was outstanding. The only reason not to give it 5 stars is that the gym needs to be updated; there is a gym but the equipment is old and not on par with the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Uday Backwaters is one of the best places to stay in Alleppey. The staff is very warm and caring and they cater to all the requirements. The laundry service is excellent and the food is amazing and diverse. We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and it was one of the most memorable stays in Kerala. Not to miss the excellent location where the resort is situated. Would definitely recommend a morning boat tour for viewing the sunrise in the backwaters, it is surreal. We had a room on the 3rd floor and the rooms are spacious and well lit, with an excellent view of the backwaters. The detailing of the furniture in the rooms is also a homely experience. We would be definitely going there again ! Highly recommended for a peaceful and homely experience.

The team were fantastic. In particular Anjo from the restaurant and his team could not do enough to help you. The lady that made the coffee was also so lovely! The team did everything they could to make you feel welcome. The reception team as well were very helpful . Even the gardeners and the spa team went out of their way to welcome you

Very good service for a 5star hotel. Thanks to Mrs Kavya and team. We had very view from our balcony. Room and bathroom was tidy and clean.need to review the access to tgr Hotel was a bit difficult due to unasphalted road. Top breakfast with as usual friendly staff. Will surely recomment to family and friends and come back

For our wedding anniversary, we spent a day at this resort. It's a fantastic site with breathtaking views. The staffs are very polite, and well maintained property. Check was very smooth and Mr. Vishnu escorted us to the room. The food is excellent, and Mr. Anjo, Prashanth, and the restaurant staffs were all fantastic. The Ayurvedic massage was great, and thanks to Cindy A special mention for Chef As well as General Manager Mr. Dhanesh

I went to this resort for my vacation, excellent stay and beautiful resort. It feels so luxurious. The pool and the total area seems amazing. Staffs are very cooperative and friendly, food was delicious and excellent service. Rooms are very clean and tidy. The first impression I got into the room was excellent. 👌 Special thanks to Arya and Josy for the service and help done for me. I recommend everyone to enjoy this place with family.
