Recently, third time I have visited one of the best health centers Carnoustie Ayurveda in India, and my impressions were extremely positive. From the moment I arrived, I was surrounded by an atmosphere of comfort, care and professionalism. First of all, I would like to note the high level of service of all the staff. Each employee of the center - from the reception to the procedure specialists - showed sincere attention and care. It was felt that they really strive to make the guests' stay as comfortable and useful as possible. The restaurant of the center deserves special attention. The menu was thought out to the smallest detail - the dishes are not only tasty, but also healthy, corresponding to the principles of healthy eating. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chefs are at the highest level. Many thanks to the manager Joseph, who was always on site, made sure that each guest was comfortable, and was ready to help with any question. My special words of gratitude to the doctor Mobi who led my course of treatment, as well as the procedure specialists two guys with the same name Vishnu. Their professionalism, attentiveness and experience allowed me not only to get the most out of my stay, but also to gain new knowledge about my health. All procedures were carried out at the highest level, with an individual approach and attention to detail. I leave this center with a feeling of deep gratitude and confidence that I will definitely return. If you are looking for a place where health care is combined with excellent service and a warm atmosphere, then this center is the perfect choice.

Wow, Wow, Wow What an amazing experience. The treatments, the staff, the food. Thank you for restoring our bodies and minds. The setting of the resort, is out of this world and the villas, beautiful. Did not want to leave... The river boat cruise was a great send off. We will be back, cannot wait!

The most relaxing experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and the ayurvedic treatments are very nice as well. The food is great and the villas are spacious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a get away which is good for both your mind and body.

Recently I stayed at Carnoustie Ayurveda & Wellness Resort for a solo wellness holiday and had a wonderful experience. It truly was a holiday for mind, body and soul. The resort is beautiful with lush greenery, the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The yoga, the Ayurvedic treatments, the healthy food and everything else was amazing. Certainly coming back again to Carnoustie for a longer stay.

Absolutely gem of a place. Ganeesh, the manager, made sure everything is well taken care of, in due time. Always smiling and polite. Dr Mobi, pure magician. She healed me in ways I wasn’t even aware. The girls, Aishwara, Divya, Dr Moly, Dr Shona, Surya - a special thank you for all the procedures. Dr Raj , 80 year old yogi, sitting in a full split in front you :) Gopi, very good and relaxing, opening sequences and pranayama. Joseph and his team, and the chef, in the kitchen make wonders. The food was always so tasty, and even though the first few days the portions weren’t “big”, very satisfying. Overall the experience was a blessing and will return. Lost kgs, lost toxins, and gained a lot of rejuvenation. I feel amazing, like new. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! You can see the owners scroll through the gardens many times to ensure everything is neat. Beach is beautiful!

We visited Carnoustie and really enjoyed our stay. There were so many highlights: the chef and staff at Ida restaurant prepared delicious and yet healthy meals - a special call out to Joseph who made each guest feel like royalty. The massage therapists were outstanding - I can’t thank them (Athira, Saranya, Dr Deepthy and Vishnu) enough for making us feel like a million bucks! Thanks also to the management team (Karl) - you have built an amazing team! Every single member of the Carnoustie team has a warm smile, always incredibly attentive and anticipates the needs of each guest - the service is just exceptional! The property is calming and beautiful - each generous sized villa is tastefully decorated with all the modern comforts, near a private beach, it is set amongst the most lush, colourful tropical garden and has a massive pool (plus a plunge pool in some villas). We left Carnoustie feeling well rested, healthier, relaxed and in a positive frame of mind. I would recommend this wellness resort and piece of paradise, to my family and friends.

I had such an amazing time at this resort. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The food was healthy, well prepared, and tasty. The treatments prescribed by the doctors on site have you feeling rejuvenated instantly. My stay was short, but I will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

My stay at Carnoustie was truly exceptional. The Ayurveda program was incredibly beneficial, and I’m grateful to Dr. Simsy for her attentive and patient guidance throughout. She took the time to offer personalized advice, which made all the difference. Special thanks to the management team and Janeesh for the room upgrade—it was fantastic! Last month, I visited Carnoustie Ayurveda and Wellness Resort. It was an exceptional experience, and I'm glad I chose this resort. I recommend it to anyone who wants to take a break and enjoy Ayurveda treatments. Resort: The resort staff is amiable and helpful. Mr Rajiv and Mr Jigneesh were available to make the stay memorable. The property is well-maintained and has a private beach, which adds to the overall charm of the resort. My overall impression of the resort is positive. Ayurveda Treatment: I received personalized treatments under the guidance of Dr. Mobi, a highly experienced practitioner. Her equally professional and skilled team ensured my comfort and well-being throughout. Food: The restaurant staff are welcoming and helpful at all times. Jose and his team are doing a fantastic job. Chef Rajeev prepares various healthy and delicious dishes, catering to different dietary preferences, and presents them beautifully. Accommodation: I was upgraded to Mallika pool. It is beautiful and well-maintained. The housekeeping staff visit morning and evening to keep everything tidy.
