Unfortunately level of this place has dropped down since the pandemic covid19. Worst cleaning, smell in the bath room, broken equipment,. low quality of the meal. really disappointed... hope this hotel will become a nice place again ... this place has a high potential. Perfect territory... The hotel has even a small garden with flowers and a terrace. It is really an advantage for the city hotel.

Отель на первой линии от пляжа Клеопатры, это основной плюс. Несколько корпусов, кормят нормально, есть бассейны.

Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir tesis yemek ve kahvaltı güzeldi plajının olmaması bir eksiklik sadece odalarda terlik bulunması gerekiyor bence

滑翔傘世界盃比賽的總部就設在這，所以也選擇住這。性價比相當好的酒店，舒適愜意，沙灘路邊。一天三頓的吃的也有一些合自己口味，酒店還有小賣部各種日用品，還有理髮桑拿按摩等收費服務，忙於練習和比賽，還沒有享受一下免費的泳池，乒乓球，健身房，有機會再去，邊吃晚飯邊欣賞歌舞表演。一家人度假的好去處。

We came as a large family and everything was fine, we had a two-week holiday and came back happy. We were greeted with a smiling face at the reception. Haşim, who works there, makes reservations for us and we have a very kind friend. The rooms are hygienic, the accommodation is close to the beach, the food is plentiful and we were satisfied. We will come again around September and I recommend it with peace of mind, I am sure you will be satisfied. hope to see you again 🫶🏻

Come to this hotel often very nice staff especially Hasim&Mehmet, lovely restaurant nice pools good for family’s and night clubs not to far they can take you to and bring back guaranteed. We are from England we will come again no problems with any of them friendly :)

I do not recommend this place if you have children, loads of young girls around the hotel speaking about “sleeping with bar workers” mentioning ‘Cehan cihan’ as one of them. My children play in the pool and hear this type of language want to leave!

Stayed at KLEOPATRA Royal Palm for 7 nights. Hotel is clean and rooms are cleaned daily. All inclusive food is ok but repetitive and a couple of us purchased food outside the hotel just to have a change. The shower in our room leaked every time we used it, had to dry the floor with a towel each time. Got little sleep, bed so uncomfortable, very hard and my husband had a broken slat on his side. Also the noise from the corridors is so loud, every noise echoes, could hear doors slamming, music playing, people kicking off or loud voices until the early hours. Construction work going on outside the hotel constantly, very noisy in the day. Reception staff very unhelpful, we stopped asking any questions of them. We purchased trips from hotel rep, we were overcharged, buy your trips outside the hotel. Paid to go to a light show one evening, we were told this was 1.5 hours coach travel there, ended up being 3 hours only to end up at a shopping centre. Yes there were lights which were beautiful, but we could have got a taxi there for a fraction of the cost. Would not return to this hotel.
