Kemal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

Never a 5* hotel as you'd expect a 5* to be! We are literally moving hotels today after two nights. First night (we arrived about midnight) three tired kids - shown to our rooms which where ages apart from each other and way off the mark for quality - then shown around 3/4 different 'upgrades' which we just chose one that could house us all - the €50 'upgrade' was asked for which at this point we just said yes to get in - was asked for in cash - but forced them on a card in the end - then they dumped another single bed in - it felt like a hostel, not a hotel at this point. It's taken us 2 days to sort out the new hotel - Exclusive Tours don't touch either. There is NO WiFi - it's like 1990 tech here. Plus side - staff friendly.

My wife and I spent 9 days in this hotel, we came back few days ago and though I'm gonna write a little something in here and share my thoughts. I'll try to make split it into points starting from the worst ones so you see them straight away without reading this whole thing. NEGATIVES - This hotel is pretty much racist ( yes I know how strong this word is and I am using it being fully aware of that ). If you're not russian you most likely are gonna be very unhappy whilst staying in there. Everybody speaks just russian, 95% of the guests are russian, every member of the staff speaks russian, most of the announcements are being said in russian, if you're looking like you could possibly be slavic you'll be forced to speak russian ( even if you don't know it :) ). Under current world circumstance for me that was simply unacceptable. - Breakfasts are awful, and I mean it big time. Overall I'd rate the food good for the price if not breakfast. It's literally same thing every day without a single change, fried egg is more like a soul ripped out alive of that egg on a pan. None of the chefs speaks english, 80% of them are 15yo interns ( they haven't got a single clue about what they're doing ). - Don't believe when they say that there is Wi-Fi, there is no Wi-Fi. You can connect to it but best you can is 0,7 mb/s ( that's not a joke an actual 0.7 ) if you're standing right next to reception. To those who don't know what that number means - you can't load a website unless you want to spend an entire day for that. Everywhere else other than reception there is no wi-fi. - Hotel is a permament clubbing experience, extremely loud D&B music is on for about 20/24 hrs, if not from this hotel's speakers it's from like a sister hotel next to this one. Don't get me wrong I've liked that music - for about 2 days, longer than that it gets really annoying - if you're expecting quite chilling at the pool chose different hotel, if you wanna dance all the time pick this one party never stops. - You've got to reserve your sunbeds around 6am in the morning and that includes pool & private beach, if you won't - well you're screwed you can watch other people sunbathing. POSITIVES - Hotel is very clean. That includes your room, hotel inside outside all the bars and everywhere. - Food other than breakfast is good there was always something nice to eat at lunch and dinner BUT there is no labeling of anything so you never know what you're taking. If you've got any allergies there is no way in the world you'll know what contains what. - Location of this hotel is perfect especially if you've got no intentions of going anywhere, there is everything at the hotel. Shop, spa. barber, bar, club, beach, voleyball, fresh juices, shisha, souvenirs - all that and more is literally at the hotel. - Wonderful sea view if you pay extra 10 quid for seaview room. - Entertainment guys are alright and one of them speaks english ( there is only 2 people at the hotel, him and one guy at the rece
