Asrin Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

I’ll start with the positives as there are some. Quiet hotel so no rushing up for a sun bed in the morning. Checking in was simple and quick, room was a good size for 2 adults 2 children, nice big balcony. However, room had a very strong smell to it and sometimes wasn’t cleaned. Double bed had one very small blanket that only covered one person. Food was horrendous, we went down on the first morning for breakfast and never went again. It had the night before vegetables, no butter and no toaster. Food at lunch/dinner was the same everyday and cold even getting there for 6! Restaurant not open for long enough. Food at the beach again was the same everyday and was cold. Ice cream was served for one hour only and you couldn’t pick a flavour you got what was given to you. Drinks were non existent, no cocktail menu and if you asked for one they didn’t know what you was saying, however the Russians had nice cocktails in nice glasses! Every time I asked he could not understand me. No lifeguard on the slides the Russian and German kids were just sitting on them not letting kids come down. They also turned them off at random parts of the day. Zero entertainment we went out every night, there was a 20 min mini disco which only catered for Russian/Germans. We spent a lot of money eating out and did not get our moneys worth for all inclusive, very disappointed.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE- English - It only caters for Russian, German and Turkish. The staff can hardly speak or understand English. They said they would rather a bad review from an English tourist than a Russian/German tourist. Disabled - There are steps everywhere. There is a lift but it keeps breaking down. There’s a big step to get into the tiny shop. The hotel has its own way to the beach, however the ramp was a death trap so anyone who has a disability could not use. There is a burger bar on the beach which had better food, however, a wheelchair could not access. Outside the hotel to the market/shops is not disabled friendly at all. I was pushed on the road as I could not access the steep paths and high steps. Women - They have no respect for women. The way they speak to us is like we are a lower class. A food allergy - They do not cater for anyone who has a food allergy, whether you are coeliac, wheat, nut, dairy . There are no food labels on anything, you don’t even know what you are eating. Some of the desserts had nuts in them but we only found out once we tasted them. We spoke to many staff members asking which foods are gluten free and they just shrugged. They told me I could go to the supermarket to buy my own food even though we paid for all inclusive. There is a juice and coffee machine in the lobby but it hardly works and is always running out of stuff. We booked with Love Holidays for 8 nights but the hotel kicked out after 7 nights. We showed them the evidence and they said Love Holidays only paid for 7. We had 4 rooms between 7 of us with 2 of us being disabled. They let us have one room to keep our luggage in and shower but the room isn’t big enough for the 7 of us. There is little to no entertainment. The only entertainment is outdoors. There is a mini disco for the kids but there is no translation to English. There is one tiny bar for the whole hotel with either 1 or 2 serving. There’s a fairly big restaurant but the food is gross, cold and greasy. They do have a barbeque but do not eat the chicken, we were served raw chicken which put us off eating at all. There’s lobby and outside areas are kept fairly clean but our room was filthy. The windows, mirrors and under the beds look like they haven’t been cleaned in months. There is an outside swimming pool and a water slide into a smaller pool. However, there is no life guard at all plus It is not accessible to people with a disability. Also, surrounding areas get extremely wet and slip hazard. There is a sparse play area for the children but it’s right next to an electricity station. Inside the hotel there is a no smoking policy which is the norm. However there is an outside part of the restaurant where anyone can smoke, which put us off our food. We can’t even vape in the lobby even though the manager smokes cigarettes. Our room had holes and wires all over the place, the patio door didn’t close properly and the balcony had a cracked glass panel. Outside our room was

Just got home after spending 10 days here, I didn’t want to leave. So beds aren’t the most comfy, it could do with another bar closer to the entertainment. And entertainment could have been longer for the kids. Although we are right at the end of season. That’s all the bad Food - other than breakfast which is basic there is always something really tasty Hotel - most staff happy and friendly Clean and tidy Drink- really good mix of drinks for all inclusive including staff happy to make kids mocktails Slides - a big hit with kids and adults and great fun, although when turned off some kids left to walk up them. Beach- lovely warm sea, decent lunch from 11 onwards bar does kids drink, beer and wine. Pool- is cold but you soon warm up. Cats - in general very well looked after and are all very friendly. We bought them some ping pong balks to play with. Shops on the left are very nice friendly people especially the shoe shop and the clothing shop, downstairs shops not so much, wish we had tried Oscar’s shop. Blue shark restaurant near is lovely as was I told kleopatras restaurant both do free pick up and drop off We went with 15 off us and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thankyou Asrin beach we were nervous before going but loved it.

I came to this hotel on early hours of my birthday. I was absolutely shattered and knew that I would be in my room for the next 24 hours or so. At the desk there was a tall bald man and a grey/silver haired man with glasses. They checked us in and we bought WiFi for 10 nights. Then went to the room and went straight to bed. The next day the TV didn't work as it was in Arabic and I went to the desk to explain that I couldn't change anything as didn't understand Arabic. Bald man said I will send chef to your room. With in space of 2 hours I'd been to the desk several times as nobody came. Eventually a young boy came aged about 18 who also didn't understand as he was doing the same as me going through the channels, in the end he shook his head and left. I went back to the desk. I explained that the boy who came didn't know either and the TV is still the same. After I said he didn't know either the man with grey/silver hair and glasses, believe his name was Muharram started shouting at me telling me first thing in the morning he was going to arrange with my holiday rep I leave the hotel, I was really upset as I didn't shout I just explained. As soon as I said the boy didn't really understand either he let loose on me making me feel like a criminal bad person bringing me to tears on my birthday. This is very unacceptable it's not as if I was thinking I was something I'm not I just wanted to watch news channel. He frightened me that much that me and my friend did not dare approach the reception. I told several other staff who worked there and they said he is a rude person and he should not of spoken to me like that. That has to be the worst birthday I've ever experienced, I would of gladly paid for the TV service but instead of helping looking into it he thought he could be a big bully and make me cry. Totally disgusting behaviour. Apart from this I had a nice relaxing time as I'm a really poorly person on the inside of my body. The pool/beach was lovely and food I really liked. A lovely man made me fresh bread as there was none left, so a BIG THANK YOU to him. The other thing I noticed was the people who work on the bar especially a girl with glasses. Doesn't acknowledge you are there doesn't smile or say hi and once was Putting ear drops in her ear and told me and my friend to go downstairs as she was busy with her ears. Other times watching there phones and totally ignoring until you say hi can I have a coffee and then you get a look of "you've disburb me" I would not return back to this hotel for the fact of how I was treated over getting the TV working for me!!!

My honest review of my Asrin beach experience. The hotel is very well thought out, there is an underpass that takes you to their private beach, which also has toilets which are regularly cleaned. The hotel is very clean and the staff are fantastic. My only negative, is the food. Whatever you have to eat on within the first 2 days is what you will get for the rest of your stay. Come on guys, try varieing the menu. Be prepared to spend money on food if you want some variety. Having said that, there are some very good restaurants near by. In particular the Sila which was fantastic. Fun friendly atmosphere and grest food. Don't be put off by the negative reviews of the Asrin Beach Hotel. We travelled as a group of 7 and not one upset stomach. Oh, don't believe the negative reviews. I have nothing to gain from my review. It my own personal thoughts.

We checkin night three was no techical service at the hotel after midnight the receptinist helped US and adjusted the się conditioning freindly person mr ahmet very respectful and polite person for every thinking thank you do much....we visit again the next year this hotel .....
