Botanik Platinum Hotel

The food was delicious with a great variety every day. The hotel has a beautiful, well-kept territory and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

Food - plentiful and tasty, you can eat 24/7 if you want. We ate at Mexican Al carte one night as per our stay, was tasty. Buffet is awesome. Something for everyone. Food never ran out, didn’t matter what time you visited. Waiting staff too, friendly and efficient. Never waited for drinks for very long. Am missing the fresh fruit already. Rooms - our lovely housekeeper kept our room immaculate and incredibly clean ( Baktygul Zineryi Meriyem), thank you so much for the lovely towel / duvet art. Pools - spotless, water and surrounding areas, cleaned constantly through your day, no spilled drinks, no rubbish, drips from pool mopped up regularly) we didn’t get his name but we sat mostly at main pool 5, but it was kept immaculate. Thank you so much. Skater team - again at main pool 5, our skater guy knew our drinks order by second day, made us feel special and catered for so well. They were great with our boys too despite the language barrier, they always made us laugh. We had a two bed interconnected room, two bathrooms, located beside lobby bar, it was wee but noisy till 11pm every night, we didn’t mind that much. Room comfy and great balcony for 5pm sun and beer. We just wanted to thank everyone at the hotel for an amazing holiday. We loved Turkey, we loved the food, loved the people, loved the hotel. There was a slight language barrier, the Russians and Germans seemed to be the favoured guests but being Scottish we were quite happy to do our own thing. Hopefully we will return. Always something to do onsite, always something going on, quiet pools or busy pools, whatever you fancy. Back and pier awesome too.

We have spend a wonderful time in Botanic Platinium. The food was exceptionally good! Rooms were always clean, minibar was refilled daily. The crew of the hotel made their best to make every moment the time of our life. We will definitely come back!

Quality hotel very very clean immaculate in fact, absolutely lovely facilities good food and very friendly staff , the only thing you won’t like is that it’s full of Germans who are very ignorant and think they run the place, if you can deal with the arrogance of them and the sheer fact that they are just horrible people then you’ll be fine

Amazing family holiday. Lots of different pools/beach area. You can choose if you want something lively or relaxed. The staff make sure you are never without food/drinks and there is so much choice. At the pool, they have a team of roller blading waiters, but there are loads of bars/cafe areas you can go and sit too. The spa was fantastic. We paid €70 each for the Turkish Hamam and massage. The hotel was immaculate. At the pools, there are staff cleaning non-stop, so you never see any rubbish and no flies or insects. Housekeeping clear any unattended towels and belongings from sun loungers between 8-8:30am to make sure everyone has the opportunity to have a sun lounger. There is a shuttle bus which goes to Side and Alanya 9:30-14:30 and 20:30-23:30. There is no charge for this and it’s a super service if you’d like a morning or an evening exploring outside of the hotel (as there’s not much directly outside of the hotel). The only couple of suggestions I have which could have been an improvement for us, was the a La carte restaurant bookings. You have to join a queue at 9am every day if you want to book. I don’t want to spend my time on holiday doing that and the new app to book from midnight didn’t work for us. We therefore, never went to these restaurants. The second thing is the sofa beds in the rooms. These are small and very hard. They are not comfortable to relax on when not sleeping either as there is no headboard. Finally, the staff work so hard and are always so helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us a lovely holiday.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we ever stayed in, it was big, clean plenty of room different pools that was catered for, very busy hotel but no issues with the overall experience. Breakfast and lunch was a very repetitive, evening meals were themed and very good? We did not try the restaurants due to young children not wanting to eat the food. Tip download the App to book the restaurants? Gets a bit of a queue to book in the morning. The big pools had staff come around and serve you drinks instead of you going to the bar. Each pool was different some a bar or a way for you to get a drink which was great, some had food for snacks though the afternoon which was good. Slides were fun for the kids the fair was good maybe not open for long enough in my opinion. The Irish bar was good not much room to sit down, but from 22:00 they do food which is good if you arrive late and have had not food. The main pool was busy and sometimes confusing, the entertainment through the day in different pools needs to be more understandable for guests either put it on the App or make it more visually rather than a sign that just says pool games?? Or if there is something going on? They had day parties on one was a sweet party which was crazy people and children just going mad and grabbing bags and bags of stuff not fun. They had a seafood party on the pier, which I was excited about but is all it was, was grilled fish salmon and 1 other and that was it. Nothing to do with seafood. Only 3 things that I did not like! 1 early morning drinks tea/coffee was only available at the beach bar which was a bit of a walk from the hotel, waking up early you can’t make hot drinks in your room due to the noise. And the other bars don’t open until 8:00, 2, one of the bars did not have enough staff to deal with the amount of people that were waiting for drinks, it was only a small bar and everyone was there from either the fair or the mini disco. 3. The games room was too expensive for what you get? It was 12 credits for 25€ which is 2€ per ride, if you are all inclusive the hotel could charge 1€ per ride. That would bring more people in. Overall the hotel was excellent I recommend it already and would love to come back one day.
