What a terrible experience. We reserved a room and got a confirmation via email with *******. When we arrived, they notified us that they canceled our reservation. They never called or emailed us of this update, leaving us no choice to find a different hotel with two young kids at night. They did inform us that we could drive further away for the same room for more money. After they couldn’t find our reservation and we left, I received an email asking how my check-in experience was and then the day of “check-out” I was sent an email to rate my overall experience. The man at the front desk was terrible with a flat affect. Don’t waste your time with a staff who lacks empathy for travelers.
