Esperienza assolutamente positiva. Punti di forza location, pulizia e colazione top. Servizio ristorante dovrebbe essere un po’ più celere e attento agli ordini. Comunque gentilezza e cortesia fanno da padroni. A 3 minuti da aeoporto con shuttle gratuito. Super consigliato

For starters…there is a huge mall attached. I arrived the night before my friends and then my friends flight was delayed. Thankfully I had a mall to shop at for the day while I waited and got a pedicure at the mall as well since I didn’t have a chance before I left for my trip. Now back to the matter at hand…more importantly the hotel…I was so relieved that when I got out of the airport after midnight that the shuttle was still running! I waited less than ten minutes before the van arrived. The driver was kind and helpful. It had been a long day and all how pleasant everyone is was greatly appreciated. There were several of us in the shuttle and the staff quickly got us all checked in. I was pleased to arrive in a very clean room. I got settled in and although I like to have white noise when I sleep which I didn’t bring any it was still quiet and I was able to relax. I went for breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. A great breakfast spread with ready made omelets and other delicious hot options. There was beautiful fresh fruit etc. I was very pleased that it wasn’t just a continental breakfast. I had am opportunity to use the gym, as well. It was clean and sufficiently equipped. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you to all the staff.

Excellent Staff! Only disappoin**ent was no room service before noon, and in room instructions for coffee maker was for a different model.

The hotel is brand new witch is very nice and clean the location is good if you need to be next to the airport, very far from the city , the only complain we had is the dining at the restaurant was terrible, the food they served took a very long time plus the steak was cold and hard to chew not worth the money .

Rooms are spacious. We dined upon arrival. Great food options presented beautifully. Evening cocktails in quiet lounge.

Brand new hotel, and still getting set up. Few kinks at the start as staff are still getting coordinated, but very nice modern facility and once set-up is complete, should be a very nice hotel. Needs a business center or place in case we need to print a document. Staff initially reluctant to help with that (only 4 pages) and told me I had to find an office depot, but later did, so all good. I stay at hotels that cater to business people. While most things are electronic, occasionally something needs to be wetsigned, and if Hilton cant do that without me having to leave the premises (in bad weather)... well eventually they did, so all good.

The place is very nice and clean. The customer service was outstanding. We took the shuttle to the airport at 4 am and the shuttle driver was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. Another plus was that it is attached to the mall. We were able to go shopping since we had returned our rental car.
