Hotel in zona Sepulcre megalític de Ses Roques Llises, Alaior

Ci siamo sentiti davvero i benvenuti nel castello di Rafael e Anna. Camera piccola ma pulita e dotata di tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Solo il box doccia era molto stretto, ma ci siamo semplicemente adattati. Asciugamani freschi e pulizia della camera tutti i giorni. Ho apprezzato la cucina di Anna 2 volte. Menu semplice ma di buon gusto

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione geografica, la sua progettazione e le nostre elogiose note su Google riguardo all'istituto e al suo personale ospitante. Durante la nostra permanenza abbiamo potuto constatare e apprezzare tutti i punti positivi rilevati dagli altri vacanti. L'hotel è conforme alle diverse foto che si possono trovare, la pulizia nella camera e nei locali comuni (piscina, ecc.) è impeccabile. I due punti seguenti hanno superato le nostre aspettative in termini di prestazioni: - Il colazione qualitativo con proposte diverse ogni mattina. - Una persona attenta, sempre gioiosa e sensibile al benessere dei suoi residenti. Un grande ringraziamento a Leon, sempre pronto a fare servizio e dare consigli per sfruttare al massimo questa bella isola. Ha potuto far passare la nostra permanenza in un'altra dimensione attraverso i suoi indirizzi di visita e i suoi ristoranti (siamo andati a El Chivito, Martin non era la sua, ma i suoi fratelli :-) molto gentile anche ). Un grande ringraziamento anche all'altro uomo che ci ha accolto quando siamo arrivati (non conosco il suo nome, purtroppo, ma si riconoscerà). Compatico e compagno in particolare rispetto a un interesse indipendente dall'hotel che abbiamo incontrato (veicolo di noleggio ...) . In conclusione, sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato! Ci ricordiamo per molto tempo e cercheremo di tornare a casa.

We booked 2 nights at the beginning of our tour of Menorca and 2 nights at the end at this hotel! On arrival we were greeted by Marina who was lovely, she was very informative and attentive! She told us we had been designated room 6 for both our stays! The reception area was very decorative and charming with the original old wall! Marina showed us the rooftop, it all looked like it needed work doing too it, not well maintained or clean looking! On entering our room 6, it was modern but not done to a high standard it was a bit tacky! It was very scruffy, and the shower was disgusting! The bed was comfortable and the bed linen was pristine! So we decided to stay! As we were returning we didn’t approach the reception with our issues, just in case we couldn’t get another hotel when we were due to return! That was our mistake, we should have stated it was not what we expected from a 4 Star Hotel! Breakfast was just ok, no toast just rolls! Very limited selection, to a handful of berries and a small plate of cheese and ham & small plate of fresh fruit! The smallest selection I have ever seen! Coffee was very good, extra hot milk, no problem! No replenishing of items so be early! Once we had left the Hotel and moved to our next destination, we knew we could not return to the Sindic for our last two nights, the difference in the 4 star hotel we were at could not be compared to the Sindic! So I emailed the Sindic, stating why we could not return on our last 2 nights, with photos asking for a full refund! I received an email stating that I should have said I wasn’t happy, at the time! I fully agree with that, but due to the dirty shower I felt this unreasonable! They chose not too make a comment on the photos and said they would refund 1 night!! So they accepted there was issues but still were too tight to give us a full refund! There are so many lovely hotels in Mahon that we stayed at, I would advise you to give this one a miss!

Tutto perfetto, posizione splendida sul mare, ma soprattutto ad Es Castell, luogo tranquillo e molto carino, soprattutto nella zona di Cales Fonts, pulizia super, efficienza nella sistemazione dei guasti, personale disponibile e gentile, cibo di qualità e vario, l'unico neo la nostra stanza non aveva il balcone. Avendo prenotato una superior e stando 11 giorni, ci aspettavamo una camera, anche interna, ma con balcone, perché far asciugare costumi e teli da mare era davvero un'impresa. Dalla finestra si vedeva un pezzo di mare, ma avremmo preferito una camera anche vista piscina, come da descrizione delle superior, ma con balcone. Io avrei voluto farmi cambiare la stanza, ma mio marito non ha voluto che disturbassi...nell'assegnazione delle camere forse occorrerebbe maggiore attenzione anche al tempo di permanenza dell'ospite, ovviamente nel rispetto della tipologia di camera prenotata. A parte questa nota stonata, se si vuole soggiornare a Minorca, girarla in lungo e in largo e avere un soggiorno confortevole, il Barcelò Hamilton é assolutamente il luogo migliore

Siamo appena tornati da due settimane presso la struttura. E' decisamente una soluzione family friendly: camera molto grande, piscina spaziosa, vicinanza al mare (circa 200 mt). Vicino all'hotel c'è sia un autobus che con meno di 2€ ti porta alla capitale Mahon oppure sempre vicino c'è un trenino turistico che fa un tour panoramico fino alla città di Benibeca Vell che vi consiglio. La spiaggia adiacente non è delle migliori, noi abbiamo trovato tante alghe e meduse e quindi abbiamo optato per l'affitto di un'auto tramite l'hotel e abbiamo girato varie calette meravigliose. Il personale è davvero molto gentile e disponibile, la pulizia degli spazi comuni ottima ma un po' meno quello delle camere. Bisognerebbe a parer mio migliorare la sala giochi (completamente vuota ad eccezione di un tablet), mettere le tende oscuranti nella sala (mio figlio dormiva sul divano letto e solo su una finestra c'era la possibilità di oscurare), avere più varietà nel cibo meno speziato. Nel complesso direi che è un buon hotel con alcuni punti da migliorare.

Overall, a good value place to stay. As other reviews have said, the decor is a little dated, but perfectly acceptable, and the apartment was as clean as one would hope. End of June was unexpectedly quiet, but in a good way. Bus to Mahon runs hourly from the bottom of the road (5 mins walk) and is Euro 1.80 each way. Plenty of space to park if you hire a car. Some great restaurants in the town (recommend Casa Fermin) and a great beach. Only minor issue was the air-con wasn't great, but hey ... it's 32 degrees in June in the Med ... so we knew what to expect. Breeze through the apartment cooled it in the day, just a bit warm overnight. Would definitely go back.
